Every time we’re in town, this coffee house is a must-stop for us and for good reason. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the coffee and food are consistently great, and the people here are some of the friendliest you’ll meet anywhere.
I have to share a memorable moment that really shows the kind of place this is. About two years ago, we were visiting and I grabbed a coffee, but unfortunately the lid wasn’t secured and it spilled all over me. It wasn’t a big deal at the time, just one of those things you laugh off and move on from.
Fast forward to today, we stopped in again, and incredibly, the owner remembered me and actually apologized again. Completely unnecessary, we were already laughing about it together, but it meant a lot that she even remembered. Then, as we were heading out the door with our order, she surprised me with a white Peacock t-shirt to make up for it. Totally unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture.
That’s the kind of care and kindness you don’t see every day. Truly a class act. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re ever in town, make it a priority to stop by!

I was passing through and decided to stop here. Very friendly staff greeted me with a smile. Very charming and homey atmosphere, clean and welcoming. I tried the toasted cheese, it was a toasted croissant, tasted fresh. Very good. My cappuccino was good as well. I highly recommend this. It’s located on Main Street in downtown, their downtown is welcoming as well.
