Service is great, food is great, the owners are great!
We are long time customers never had a problem until tonight. We both ordered separate dishes both chicken. mine chicken chimichanga. we both took a bite it was so hot we couldn't eat it.Mine had a red hot sauce on it I've never had that prior Told the server an the lady we paid. Asked if we could atlest have a discount or comp our food. Nothing Wont be back will be letting everyone kno
We love El Portillo! Our favorite dish is Pollo Bandito and their chicken soup always makes us feel better when we are sick.
