We stopped by the truck on Fort Riley Blvd for some late night dinner 2 nights ago, and I was already back today! This food truck is so yummy and has a great selection. The people who work here are super kind, and we just loved the gentleman that was working on Thursday night! Very sweet kid who seems very dedicated to his craft—he just had the greatest service in every way! We stopped by around 9/9:30 and they were out of carnitas and birria, but my partner and I were beyond...
Great food truck here around Manhattan Ks area especially for street tacos!! I suggest coming through on your lunch break or a little bit before to beat the traffic. Try their tamales and a new burrito!

I rarely rate and rarely dine out bc I am very flavor combination selective. They do all the flavors right! Just added a new salsa which is an incredibly fresh touch. All three of their salsas having their own flavor&seasons to perfectly complement the various combinations to explore.
