Waited 40 minutes to be seated because they were short staffed. They refused to serve drinks even though we sat an hour before closing. Was served over sauced wings and dried out potatoes! Cost $40 for literal trash!

This place really needs new management I voice my concerns about the ribs being so tuff that you couldn’t hardly cut them with a knife to the waitress and asked to speak to a manager. The waitress came back and said the manager was too busy. Well that is not acceptable to just ignore your customers and I recommend not to visit this Applebees.

We have see to visit here on the regular won’t happen anymore. If you want to listen to cussing *uck word all time this is your place!! We used to love to come here but the service is horriable get to listen to staff complain about how bad their tips are and the customers are. Our food was cold and that included our sizzling food and sizzling dessert!! Needless to say we won’t be back!

Decent for lunch. They made me set my baby's highchair in the walkway which is usually unsafe, but it was not busy at the time. If you like Chili's , you'll like Applebee's.

Waited quite a while at the Manhattan , KS location - finally my wife's steak came, mine came about half an hour later. I'm serious - HALF AN HOUR AFTER MY WIFE'S MEAL WAS SERVED. But first, a waitress told me my steak wasn't 'temping' and it would be a few more minutes. Turns out, the hadn't even started it.After our meal, I asked to the the manager. Long story short, she had zero empathy and didn't seem to care. She said "You enjoyed your steak, didn't you?" Actually, I didn't. I barely touched it. We received the full check. They offered to do NOTHING to make it right. Zero, zilch, nada. Not a comped drink, appetizer, discount, gift certificate, pat on the back, nothing.Oh, I paid for an 8oz steak, they brought me a 6oz. I requested medium, I eventually got rare or maybe medium rare. Pretty sad dining experience. Our waiter was really nice and apologized and the broccoli was good, so there's that to be thankful for.

Had a girls dinner with 5 of us. We all enjoyed our food. The company was great.But I didn't like how the seating was set up. We could hear the people behind me and the people behind my friend across from me. It would have been nice to have a little barrier between us and others.The server was nice and accommodating. Thank you for the food and good evening.
Waited an hour for food to then be told, the kitchen cleared our order. So then we waited even longer for our food. Received no discount or any sort of apology for the mistake. Was also charged twice and told "that's how their processor does it" and it would clear one charge in a couple days. Absolute disaster!
