Great food with a great atmosphere. They are constantly updating their menu which makes us always want to come back. Local ingredients and innovative dishes. Some may be used to places like the cheese cake factory with over the top servings and mediocre food but this place is quality over quantity. Grab a couple cocktails while you eat and enjoy the historic atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere and cocktails. The food, appetizers and entrees were so sub par for being so expensive. The serving size is small, charcuterie was tiny and couldn’t bite through the bread. The beef tasted like Dinty Moore and the “homemade” pasta was a packets of Lipton noodles. The best item was the wine, probably because that’s the one thing they didn’t make. Go for drinks only, all else is a very expensive disappointment.

Kindest bar staff I’ve met in Manhattan. Delicious cocktails and presentation, everything is clearly made with care. Will report back on food when I come back for dinner.

Arrow Cocktail is one of our favorite places in MHK! It’s perfect for happy hour with coworkers (or your significant other), fancy date night, and/or fun themed pop ups they do sporadically. They have the best (and most creative) cocktails in town. They also have a delicious food and snack menu (it frequently changes but their shallot dip is a delicious staple on the menu).
Beyond the food and drinks, the service is incredible. The owners, bartenders, and servers are all incredibly friendly, take time to get to know their patrons, and are super accommodating on changes (including alcohol free cocktails and checking food for allergens).
This lounge/restaurant is such a gem in MHK and a place we really need!

Very nice ambiance and the staff seemed nice. They have a good selection of liquor and I was recommended a nice, smoky scotch blend to try. I love when a bartender can give a good recommendation, especially whiskey!

Arrow is a perfect place if you are looking for a more chill, quiet and calm vibe. It is a bit pricier than your run of the mill bar, but that is because the drinks are works of art. Plan to sip and chat and enjoy the atmosphere here! I HIGHLY recommend the Wareham opera cake if you are looking for something sweet. I have never had food/dinner there but the appetizers I have tried have all been tasty. I'm sure the main dishes are just as good! I do miss Harry's but I am so glad that Arrow is the business that took its space. Such a good addition to downtown.

Attended some Event Dinners here. Great space for events. Friendly staff. Can't speak for how it is when it's just a cocktail lounge but it's located in a historic building so most of the decor is older but very well maintained.

Parking: Parking can be a challenge when there are events happening on Poyntz Ave.

Review is a bit biased as I've immensely enjoyed the cocktail programs that the owners have put together at their other ventures, Arrow Coffee and The Pool House. The offerings here did not disappoint. We enjoyed their flavorful smash burgers and fries and appreciated the smaller servings allowing us to have more room for dessert, which was the opera house cake and the pineapple raspberry ice cream, which was honestly some of the best ice cream I've had. Our bartender, Beth, was extremely courteous, helpful and took the time to interact and we really appreciated that. I highly recommend a visit if you have the chance.

5 of us went for dinner after graduation. The deviled eggs were good but downhill after that. The brisket, pork and artichoke entrees were all bad. They even managed to mess up the Cesar salad with kale and unflavorful dressing. Perhaps going to the bar and getting apps and drinks would be good but don’t stay for dinner. On a positive note, the service was very good.
