Long John Silver's

I sat and watched my kids good sit in a shelf for nearly 10 minutes while they prepared mine. Not a chance in hell I would feed that to my child after it sat that long. I didn't even have them remake it, just demanded a refund and they can keep their lousy food. Everyone working in this place at 1 pm on Sunday, July 12 should be fired, especially the manager who allows this kind of service. He certainly has no business running any establishment.

They messed up my order but management made it all right. Good to see a Long John Silver's still around. Pretty clean place.

Long wait for cold incorrectly made food. Just go to McDonald’s and don’t waste your time.

Is an LJS/A & W combo place. Food was fine, but the service was really slow for no more than was there at the time.

Was the only customers in there. When we got to the front counter he looked at us took him a minute to take are order. All the pop taste like root beer. Waited 15 or 20 minutes to get are food. Which for that long of a wait you would think the was hot and fresh !!! But no the ? were cold and the fish tacos were warm. Not pleased at all wish I would of went to McDonald's like I was going to before we seen LJS

Always love Long John Silvers, but since there's no longer a drive thru I hardly ever take the time. Food is greasy, but delicious.

We had the Long John Silver, food was very good and place was clean and service was also very good. My first time there. Would gladly recommen it.

Long long wait for sub par fast food. I do remember when Long John Silver had tasty fried fish. It all tastes like french fries. Too bad...

The food is usually pretty good, but my God it takes forever to get it. I know there's only two employees working right now which probably has a lot to do with it.

I feel like there needs to be a change in Management here. I get it if the place is busy and your order list overwhelms your ability to restock and keep things going. But it wasn’t that busy and there’s no drive through to take away from the front area. I’ve been in the food industry so I’m talking from experience

We ordered two burgers, a small fry and a vanilla shake. After 24 minutes, we got the burgers and fries. We reminded them about the shake, and waited for them to make that, too.

Too slow for the quality of food. More than 15 minutes for a burger and fries. Wanted me to wait even longer because they're out of lettuce. So disappointed. Root beer is always good though.
