My family used to LOVE this place but over the years and consistently since covid the variety, freshness, and quality of the food gets worse everytime we give it a chance. It's gotten crazy expensive as many places have but for the quality and freshness(it's not fresh) of the food it should've gotten cheaper! We will not go here anymore sadly bc we used to love it. Host was rude. Restaurant was dirty, booths dirty, cups, plates all had food on them. The buffet area was dirty and had food all over the counters and floor. My fiancé and I were in there for about 10 minutes before walking out. It was not busy at all and employees were sitting down on their phones. This is the place you get food poisoning from.

First time to this restaurant. An employee at the counter just looked at us. I had to offer we were dining in. Not a good first impression. Had to pre-select tip amount upon paying for food with card. Honestly, could have found a similar selection at Panda Express. Not once did any employee check on us, offer to refill our drinks, or interact with us. Had to ask for soup bowls to be brought out; no spoons. Food was mediocre at best and lukewarm. We had such great expectations from the decor of the outside and the excellent Asian market next door. We will not be back.

The main counter guy looked at us several times over the course of 5 minutes before coming over and taking payment. Should have left there. Sadly, hungry kids wanted to try it out. I haven’t been during dinner but the lunch buffet is borderline inedible. All the food has clearly been there since open. All the chicken is dry and chewy. Everything is either over or under seasoned. We spent about 45 minutes here and during that whole time didn’t see a single employee changing out food or cleaning off tables. Will update if we get food poisoning. Just avoid this place all together.
The have a variety of choices to choose from. The food was really tasty, my favourite was the rice ball rice with the seafood- cannot remember the name.
It was just odd to pay at the entrance on entering the restaurant before eating.

I have not been here in such a long time. This used to be my favorite place to eat. This time when i went i was not to impressed. The cashier person was very engaging, and pleasant.. The food on the other hand was not so good. most of the food was either overcooked or undercooked. Several of the food trays remained empty for the majority of the time there. I also found hair in my food, pointing this out to a manager he just ask if i wanted more! from the same one that the hair was in.
