Just spent 35$ on freezer burned pints of goldmedal ribbon...its total ice even in middle, i called but no answer.. check your ice cream before you leave if you buy pints from freezer

The staff there are nice. I got the pistachio flavour ice cream. It is rich but a little sugary for me. I hope you they can have some flavours with less sugar

Absolutely amazing customer service! Me and my family came in yesterday for my sons birthday & Immediately we were greeted by Dorien & Kylie. They were upbeat and so friendly. We weren't sure what we wanted to order so Dorien offered us samples and helped us decide. The Ice cream was amazing as usual ! The customer service was Top notch & We felt so welcomed 🤍 baskin robbins is a chain restaurant but this one felt like a local mom and pops Ice cream shop. We look forward to coming back!

Tried to order my wife a Mud Pie for her birthday and was told " we don't really do pies anymore" their website says otherwise. It's okay ill find a different baskin robbins that wants peoples business.
I got their strawberry cheesecake ice cream and a scoop of Chocolate too!
