The burgers and fries were just wonderful.

I really want to like this place, but after being turned away at the counter at my first visit and food that was just good enough on my second visit, this time was about as terrible an experience you can have at a fast food restaurant.

I had an online order with a variety of different items because we wanted to try a bunch of stuff out. I checked in at the drive thru speaker, and after waiting a couple of minutes at the window, an employee greeted me and informed me it was gonna be a few minutes because there were only three people working. This is a Sunday during lunch rush, not the time you want to be caught short staffed. It took 30 minutes for my order to come out, and the employee was apologetic, gave me some coupons for my wait.

The bag was packed to the brim and already seeping grease out of its bottom when it was handed to me, it was too unruly to check the order for accuracy in my car without making a big mess, so I crossed my fingers and drove home.

The order was missing a chicken wrap and all of the sauces I had paid for. The burger I ordered without mayo (makes me gag, wish I wasn’t like this) was slathered with the stuff so I didn’t even try it. Not to mention it was one of the sloppier burgers I’ve come across. The grilled cheese my wife ordered was the item leaking grease out of the bag, and she only had one bite because of the grease. It’s not so much that the food was greasy, it’s just that the grease smelled/tasted old.

We wanted to sample some sides, so we got fries, onion rings and the cheese curds. I’d had the cheese curds before and liked them, but this time they too smelled of nasty old grease, and weren’t fully cooked. The onion rings were either burnt to a crisp or completely limp and soggy. The fries were okay, but it sure would have been nice to have some sauce to dip them in.

The soda was crisp, and the Oreo shake was actually pretty good.

I hate having to leave reviews like this because I feel like the only thing that’s gonna happen is scolding the staff at the restaurant even though this is a management issue in my opinion. The employee I dealt with couldn’t have been kinder, and I could tell he felt bad about the poor service that is required when a store is understaffed. So I hope management sees this and takes moves to ensure their stores are fully staffed to handle a lunch rush, and that quality control is paid more attention to. But I know that’s not gonna happen and at best I’m just gonna get a generic response asking to communicate with me directly so I can get some more coupons thrown in my face.

How about this, instead: Next time I have a free afternoon and am in the mood to risk food poisoning, and I get the whim to try this place again - Maybe offer a quick, accurate, order with well-made fresh tasting food. That would go a lot further than offering more terrible food for free.

My new favorite spot Manhattan! It has gotten pretty busy as of late, but the staff is very attentive and friendly and the food is some of the best in town! I look my sons soccer team here last week and they loved the kids menu

Staff/Manager very friendly. We went inside based on comments about speed of drive-thru. Our food and drive-thru were timely. Food was good/no complaints. Would come back next time I'm in the area.

The only good thing was the fries. Skimpy wrap filling, hard, overdone hamburgers, small tenderloin.

The food tasted great but it wasn't as hot as it should be. I would definitely say they have plenty to choose from on their menu. I did go on a off-time so maybe the food just wasn't hot because it wasn't close to a meal time. But overall it satisfactory.

My fries were not even remotely crispy. The wrapper on my burger was drenched in what smelled like rancid cooking oil.

Food is good, business desperately needs to hire more people. It takes 45+ minutes every single time we’ve been there.

I was in the area and decided to try this place out. There as no line at the drive thru when I pulled in. 20 minutes later I got my cooked from frozen burger on the cheapest bun available and fries that tasted like they had freezer burn. I don't mind a wait for good food but this place is using sauces to disguise the lowest quality ingredients and saying that they're making food fresh to cover for not having an efficient kitchen. My entire meal could have been cooked and ready within 5 minutes and was not worth the $11 I spent

Had them for the first time today and was impressed we could feed our family of 5 for under $40! Very friendly service. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because they were out of quite a bit this time. But, maybe next time they’ll have the options available:) The kids REALLY liked their food and we ALL enjoyed the shakes!!
