Terrible bar service. I was asked once in 90 minutes if I wanted another beer. Food was served quickly, but the wings were overcooked and tough. The restaurant manager stood at the end of the bar talking with her husband and another man for the full time I was here. She moved once to help the bartender with a register issue. Music is played over the sound of the games on the TVs, so don't show up expecting to hear anything unless it's local sports. Overall, my visit was sub-standard, and the owners should be embarrassed by the management. The floors are so greasy that I nearly fell on my way to the bar. This is the worst BWW I have ever visited. I should also add that it wasn't busy for a Friday night, which isn't surprising. Steer clear of this overpriced dining/bar experience.

The food tastes like frozen chicken wings you buy at the grocery store. One of our party's meal came out within seconds and was inedible. Clearly had been cooked earlier in the day and kept warm until they could slather a ton of sauce on them, hoping they would pass. Perhaps a drunk college kid would think they were good but a 60 something adult was simply disgusted.

I recently dined at the Buffalo Wild Wings here and unfortunately had a less than ideal experience.
From the moment we walked in, we were met with an unpleasant odor that strongly resembled sewage. This significantly impacted our dining experience and made it difficult to enjoy our meal.
To add to the unpleasant atmosphere, the service felt quite rushed. Our server repeatedly mentioned the closing time of 12:00 AM, urging us to place our order quickly. This created a sense of pressure and made the dining experience less enjoyable. It felt as though we were being hurried out rather than being welcomed as guests.
Furthermore, my boyfriend was not offered a side dish with his entrée. The server seemed to have assumed he wanted fries which is not his preference. This oversight led to a slightly disappointing meal for him.
To add to our frustrations, for the remainder of our dining experience, the manager took over as our server. While the manager was polite, it further emphasized the rushed atmosphere and created an awkward dynamic.
While I understand the need to close on time, I believe there are more subtle ways to communicate this to customers. Perhaps a gentle reminder about the closing time during the initial greeting would have been more appropriate.
Despite these issues, the food itself was still up to the usual Buffalo Wild Wings standards.
Overall: I was extremely disappointed with the rushed service, communication issues, and the unpleasant odor at this location. I would not recommend dining here.
My first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was ok. Their super hot atomic Buffalo sauce was not bad. But I've had better, hotter.

If I could give their service 0/5, I would. It’s very obvious that the staff doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t have much ambition.
Starting with the hostess, you work at a sports bar, you need to speak at least a little louder so people can hear you. Also, knowing how to sit people would be helpful, but it’s apparent that she is confused at her job. The wait staff also seem to be confused that they should check on how your food is tasting or if you need a refill on your water. The food is what you expect from BWW. But I can proudly say this is the worst BWW I have been to so far. MNK only has one so your choices are limited, but maybe it’s worth finding a different restaurant to find.

I don’t know if the workers were in a bad mood or what but the “boneless wings” we ordered more than half was just the fried breading. They literally gave us the bottom of the bag with about 7-8 boneless wings actually having meat. I never got them here so I didn’t know they were not supposed to look like this. I looked at review pictures and noticed they were all under half the size of a regular boneless wing. We ordered through their website for pick up. Also got our fry flavor wrong.

My husband and I went to get some boneless and we got really disappointed at the food quality, the boneless tasted like if they fried it with old oil we went at night so probably that was it. We didn’t finished our boneless but the few that we ate it both gave us tummy ache afterwards.

I hadn't been here in many years not for any other reason than just lack of occasion. Picked up some pre-ordered wings and enjoyed them nearby. Good service by the team.

Definitely need to get the stools repaired cause they are looking a little run down. I understand that our waiter was new so won't harp on the service too much just needs some work especially because the restaurant wasn't packed from other BWs I've been too.
Parking: It's on a one way street, so definitely will find it difficult to get close parking. Especially with all the establishments around it.
