Waited for 2 hours and never even got my food. This place can never keep up with orders. The food is good but not good enough to wait that long for. Waited at the counter for 30 minutes before anyone even came up to cancel my order. I get that they get busy but nobody should wait for 2 hours. If they can’t handle it they should hire more people or stop taking orders. Ridiculous.

Their food is great it’s a little pricey but it is a decent amount of food. They are so slow though. Whether in store or delivery.
Parking: It’s the ville so good luck finding parking anywhere close during the evening.

Just awful I placed a order for 2 simple things a salad and cherry pie zone and all I get is the cherry pie and a ton of napkins. I try calling in and I'm on hold for 40 mins to get it sorted out but no fix because no one picks up. Ordered from doordash and doordash can't do anything it all has to be done by d.p.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of money and honestly a risk to your stomach. Wait was horrendous and the food was too. I can tell the management has no clue about managing and the rest of the staff suffer because of it. Rude and entitled and I feel for the workers who have to put up with them.
I never give reviews for restaurants but this place needs to be steered away from. If you’re not a drunk college student actively waiting for your order than you will not get it in under an hour. The people are great but they are so obviously short staffed that it’s not even worth the hassle ordering here anymore. The food is decent but never worth the always ridiculous long wait. It’s sadly going to be another failed business if things don’t change fast. Pizza shuttle is a much better option than this place

We tried to use a coupon that they sent us in the mail, but they told us the coupons are only valid in an online order. We sat at a table to try to order on a phone, but the website kept kicking us back to the home screen without having a clear way to check out. We were also very annoyed that they wouldn't give us a cup for water while we were figuring it out because apparently too many people have "abused it" (whatever the hell that means) so they charge for water. Nobody else was even in the restaurant at 8pm on a Friday, probably because the food is only good if you're drunk at 2am. I wouldn't know, we ended up going to Chipotle instead.
