If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of money and honestly a risk to your stomach. Wait was horrendous and the food was too. I can tell the management has no clue about managing and the rest of the staff suffer because of it. Rude and entitled and I feel for the workers who have to put up with them.

I never give reviews for restaurants but this place needs to be steered away from. If you’re not a drunk college student actively waiting for your order than you will not get it in under an hour. The people are great but they are so obviously short staffed that it’s not even worth the hassle ordering here anymore. The food is decent but never worth the always ridiculous long wait. It’s sadly going to be another failed business if things don’t change fast. Pizza shuttle is a much better option than this place

Upon my arrival at D.P. Dough, I was delighted with the atmosphere and pleasant service staff. However the packaging was super flimsy and I was disappointed with the quality of the packaging that they use. It should be sturdier. I would highly recommend their investment in a better quality packaging.

It took over an hour for our food to arrive and they didn't even bring the whole order, the food wasn't hot anymore. The food is fine not great not bad.

We tried to use a coupon that they sent us in the mail, but they told us the coupons are only valid in an online order. We sat at a table to try to order on a phone, but the website kept kicking us back to the home screen without having a clear way to check out. We were also very annoyed that they wouldn't give us a cup for water while we were figuring it out because apparently too many people have "abused it" (whatever the hell that means) so they charge for water. Nobody else was even in the restaurant at 8pm on a Friday, probably because the food is only good if you're drunk at 2am. I wouldn't know, we ended up going to Chipotle instead.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH. DOES NOT WORK. Absolutely terrible. It's Labor Day but it says they are open on DoorDash. I ordered some food and wait an hour for them to "prepare my food". Then decide it's enough so I come down to the store to find out they're closed. They had absolutely terrible service and took 20$ from me. Should be illegal.

They don't actually deliver food. The service is advertised on doordash and here yet I never received my food, and hours after I received a text saying it was delivered. (It absolutely wasn't)

wish i could give service lower than that. i wish i could include a pic of my call log and how many times i called them because i was put on hold for literally 10+ minutes each call. on my life i called them 8 whole times. i paid for different side sauces and they gave me the ones the calzones came with originally which was not what i want or paid for (i have the receipt that says i paid for ranch) and i got marinara. i waited for 20 minutes before eating my food because i did not want marinara with my meal. but it’s clear they do not care about their customers and my money. they have done this multiple times and also messed up my friends calzone when he asked for no ham and salami instead, they gave him the original calzone multiple times.
