I saw reviews over six months ago saying how dirty the place was, and the owner commented about taking care of it; I am here to tell you that this place is disgusting. From the freezers to the floors, the counters, the soda area, to even the shelves! We walked right out of there and will not return until they do something about this. It’s unfortunate because they have good pizza, but this Manhattan store has a poor owner and management problem.

She had run out of sacks, but that happens, I have assisted in management at a convenience store before, and sometimes it's beyond your control the availability of sacks... Anyway, she was very polite and went and got the pizza for me so I could carry it all out since I was holding four monster mango locos (the best kind). They were all very polite, and Taco Pizza (best taco pizza hands down) was excellent. Great place to shop and get snacks or even a pizza for dinner, which is excellent all by itself and then you and the quality fuel and fair prices... Highly recommended!Dietary restrictions: If you're ordering ahead, you need to call like right after placing the order and ask for changes to the pizza because the app function isn't there for doordash... however, it does work the Casey's app itself, so there is that... but they will make reasonable accomidations for you, no problem.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly

Soda fountain had flys frozen in the ice always seems understaffed to the point that the line can wrap around the store when a restock truck makes a delivery it blocks off half the store because the employees just pile it up in the isles. There have ben times that i was charged more for gas than what the roadside sign advertised and employees just say “oh well”. This is not just the worst Casey’s in manhattan its the worst gas station/convenience store in the whole area

I ordered 5 Breakfast pizzas' at 1pm Monday for a meeting the following morning. The pizzas were scheduled for pickup at 5:45am. When I got there 5:50am, they hadn't even started making them. I was told noone was scheduled to show up and make them. I asked how long and was told 10 minutes. 10 minutes would make me late for my meeting at 6am. So I walked out and went to the Dara's fast lane across the road and they were more than happy to accommodate me with burritos and breakfast pizza in a matter of minutes to feed 24 employees!! I never did receive a phone call from Casey's and noone even apologized. NOT a good way to start a new store with poor customer service! Hopefully they will get better because I like Caseys. I think its a good chain.

The employee in the morning is great. My only complaint about this store is the fact that the card chip reader has been broken for like 3 months now. It's crazy to me a business as large as caseys doesn't fix things.
Honestly worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. On the night shift, the lady’s always outside smoking. It takes her a solid a 15-20 minutes to come back inside and check out customers. Also I asked the afternoon people a question about the reward program and they were very rude about it. I accidentally redeemed my points for Casey’s cash and it’s awful that you cannot undo it. I will never be going to this Casey’s location again.

Supposed to open at 5, its 6:30 and still closedEdit: I haven't shopped here since the original review, but i do drive by it every morning. They still cant seem to open on time, a solid quarter of the time i drive by between 5:30 and 6:30 am they have no lights on. Makes me wish there was a Quick Trip in this town. Also the pumps are always going to be blocked by a car (not pumping) or they are out of order. Dont waste your time.

I love Casey's in general but this location is embrassing to have in our town. Poorly managed. Hot food items are always empty, half the pop machine has been out of order for months, dont get me started on cleanliness, easily the dirtiest Casey's I've ever been to. I won't use the bathrooms here cause they smell so bad. Make me scared to think what's going on in the kitchen. Credit card machine broke again today causing huge lines to check out. Poor lady working the register was so frustrated because their were 5 other employees in the building and no one was helping her. Get your act together Casey's Management. I'll be at Dara's. They are ran much better.

We like to order the breakfast pizza, its delicious! Recently, when we place an order to pick up, they call to let us know they had to cancel our order due to being out of key ingredients. First couple of times they were out of eggs. Then they were out of mozzarella cheese. Casey's pizza is one of the main reasons people go there is for the pizza. How do they run out of cheese?? So disappointing.
