They are pretty great for the most part. If you go through the drive-thru during busy hours, pick the inside lane. It’s consistently quicker. Wish they would fix this. Had 8 cars pass by as the outside lane was at a standstill

We had Chick-fil-A cater our wedding, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we reached out to them, the process was smooth and professional. The food was a huge hit—our guests couldn’t stop talking about the chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and mac and cheese. Everything was served hot, fresh, and exactly as we had hoped.
The team that handled the catering was fantastic. They arrived on time, set everything up beautifully, and were friendly and attentive throughout the event. They made sure everything went off without a hitch, so we could focus on enjoying our day. They even gifted us Chick Fil A cows ❤️
If you’re considering Chick-fil-A for catering, I highly recommend it! Great food, great service, and a memorable experience all around. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for making our wedding day even more special.

Most of the staff are kind, fast, and professional and doing a great job. The atmosphere is rushed, frantic, fast-paced, overstimulating, and stressful. I couldn't dine in here without having a panic attack. The food is good, for fast food it's better than other places and not greasy. But the pickles on the chicken sandwiches are pointless and gross, and after I eat here, I feel like I ate too much, but only consumed warm air. It's weird it's like something is missing in the food. I think it's the fast pace of the place that makes me feel rushed and anxious when I eat. Some of the staff in the drive-through sound rehearsed like they are reading a script and are paid to be overly upbeat. Life isn't that joyful. It would be better if they were just authentic and relaxed, not overly fake, upbeat, and rehearsed. I get that these kids are working fast food and have to be nice, but on a bad day, their overly upbeat scripted greetings are irritating and noxious. Overall I'd rather eat here on my trip to Walmart than Sonic ( puke) or McDonald's (crap) or Taco Johns ( horrible low-grade customer service).

Been a frequent patron of this restaurant until yesterday. They offered a free veteran’s day sandwich for service members till 7pm. I show up at 5:30 after driving half an hour from Junction City with my very pregnant and very hungry wife just to over hear on the cashier’s radio to cancel the VD deal, “because of low supply” yet when they asked I could still order the same sandwich???? Low supply was a flat out lie, I will never order from here again, don’t offer a deal if you won’t actually honor it.
My daughter had Chick-fil-A cater her wedding last weekend and we received so many compliments!!!! The food was fresh and amazing and everything went so smoothly! The staff was excellent and so friendly! This was the first bigger wedding Chick-fil-A in Manhattan had catered and they were confident and prepared to pull it off and they did exactly that! Very impressed!!
Ordered 14 sandwiches and fries. Asked for an assortment of sauces. He reads back the order and says chick fil a sauce? I said again, an assortment of sauces. I get the order and it's 8 chick fil a sauces for 14 sandwiches.

Was told that we couldn't "modify a salad" even though there is an option to order a grilled chicken cobb salad and proceeds to also say we "couldn't order the salad unless it was with fried chicken for the night" Then charged us for 5 pieces of grilled chicken on the side to have it with the salad. That's not even the amount that comes with the salad as I have order this before because it is an option. Make it make sense.

This is the only chick fil a that consistently messes up my order. Every time I go here my order is wrong. They mess my order up more than McDonalds. It’s not even like my order is complicated either. I don’t even modify it. Number one meal with ranch and a shake.
