I had the best service tonight! Jonathan was our server and he was so attentive and prompt with everything! I did a last minute order change and he was so quick to get it figured out quickly. The food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you come here. Not only was he friendly but he was very Patient with my kids! 10 out of 10!!!!!!

After seated we didn't see our waiter for more then 10 mins. Got our drink orders wrong waited another 5 mins for our chips and salsa. Waited 20 mins more for our food and 99% of that was wrong. I just wanted to leave at that point! It looked like they had plenty people working but no one worked together, there flow was terrible. Thanks for saying sorry multipletime but didn'tfix anything.

This place is amazing. Every server I have had is excellent. Waits are never too long and food is amazing. Good dining places are hard to find and this one is great. I recommend for a date night or a large party.
Absolutely the worst chili's I've ever ordered from. They seem to always be out of stock on things, the preparation is always careless and the food quality is the worst I've seen. Today we ordered two kids meals and a burger. They were out of apple juice for the kids meals and my daughter's "salad" was just lettuce croutons and cheese. See the picture for my burger, it looks like they just dropped the ingredients into the box and shook it. This is the most unappealing food I've received inalong time and that includes from fast food. If McDonald's presentation is better than yours you've got a problem. Of they also sent one straw for three drinks and zero silverware despite me specifically requesting it.
The food was great, the atmosphere was nice. The expo Carson was incredibly attentive to our table and ensured our needs were met and our table was cleared. I’ll be coming back because of him!

I was blessed to receive the most scrumptious looking 3 for Me deal with soup and a smash burger. I believe the delightful appearance of this food was due to the hard work and attention to detail by the expo professional Carson Hager. This guy has manager written all over him and made our experience exponentially better.
