Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got my delivery order completely wrong and it was ice cold when I got it. When I called the number listed online, I only got the worst ever AI robot to talk to, which then told me it couldn’t fix my issue and to chat in. My husband chatted in and it told him that it couldn’t help him and someone would email him back. This could have been resolved in about five minutes if we could have spoken to an actual employee. We’re just not going to come back to chipotle any time soon because of the awful customer experience!

Of no fault of Chipotle workers, it was smashed full of college age white girls “OHHHH MYYY GAAWWWD NO WAAAAAAAYYY” and frat bros “Duuuuuuuude! Broooooooooooo” but what do you expect in a college town. The food is good and the workers are nice and respectful.

Needs a second restraunt away from the college. That way I can enjoy my food without idiot from the school. There’s very little parking which is obnoxious.

Parking: Parking is garbage. The only way to make it better is to move the shop out of Aggieville

I’ve only been here three times but 2/3 of those times, their rice was undercooked and crunchy. This is not my fav Chipotle for that reason. I told them about it in the app and never got a response.

Pretty disappointed, its not even closing time and the place looks so dirty. Trashcans full, drink containers empty, no napkins in dispenser and not to even mentioned the rude attitudes you get from this place. Like as if paying 7 dollars extra for that “extra meat” that at this point im still looking for but instead, im getting extra attitudes. could at least get some courteous service. Totally not worth it. We moved from Virginia and this is the only one close to junction, but guess this will be our last time.

The staff are very nice. The atmosphere/decor is industrial and the chairs aren't comfortable.

The only 5 star this restaurant is getting from me would be for consistency. Consistently awful!! They excel in that department. The store is dirty. Their food portions are teeny tiny and the chips are always stale and never salted. I love Chipotle, but the one in Manhattan, not so much.

They were out of guac cheese queso corn and salsa 2 hours before closing I was pissed because they still made me pay for my bowl even though they couldn’t serve me what I wanted

Almost every time I go to this store they are out of an item. I have started going to Qdoba as I have never experienced them being out of items and are quick. I decided to go to Chipotle yesterday for the sole reason to try the special of beef brisket. Yet again, they were out of the beef brisket and would have had to wait until they cooked more. I have asked in the past to get free guac due to dissatisfaction of being out of items and the workers just said they were not able to. Bad service when you could have made a customer at least a little bit happier when you get this free at Qdoba. It is unacceptable to be out of an item that is a special and only available for a limited time. Learned my lesson again to not go there anymore and just go to Qdoba. I used to be a regular at Chipotle and went about weekly but that has changed and they have lost a regular customer.
