Never been to one so it was cool.They had a lot going on from the candy apples, to the brownies, to the chocolate cover pretzels. It all looked good but keep the eye on the prize and got ice cream.For two scoops of two different flavors with sprinkles mixed in for a small cup it costed $5.18 which didn’t think was bad if it gives you a frame of reference for the price.

Short brunette with the nose staple has real attitude. Zero sales skills, didn't offer suggestions, and got annoyed when we changed a simple order from a cup to a cone.Nice.Rest of the employees were nice to us. Great store, great ice cream, as usual.

My wife and I really enjoy the rare occasion we treat ourselves to cold stone. The very smell walking into the store is amazing. We seriously could live here. Unfortunately between the calories and cost we have to limit ourselves. The staff is always up beat and the store is always clean. Definitely a must if you've never been.
I came in for a pretty complex order and had a wonderful experience, I believe her name was BB? She was so sweet and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back and requesting for her to give me the scoop!

There are no zero stars, but that is how I feel after visiting Cold Stone today. My son hasn't been feeling well and asked for ice cream, I didn't want to be mean so I said sure but we have to go to Cold Stone, they're the only ones that manage my dairy allergies well. He grumbles because he always feels like it makes his cinnamon allergy flare up. I explained that if he tells the person scooping his ice cream that he has an allergy they take it seriously...he agrees to give it a try. Upon arrival in the store, we were greeted right away by the only staff inside. My son grabbed a premixed variety against my suggestion but that was ok, he is a big boy and can make that decision for his self. I told the person behind the counter that I had a dairy allergy and was going to have silk chocolate almond milk ice cream with almond and marshmallow. He said sure and grabbed two scoops from the back counter and the silk chocolate from the display, I again told him that I have an allergy he nodded and started to scrape the cold stone clean. I stopped him and said for a third time I have a DAIRY ALLERGY. He said yup, and started scraping again. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable with having my almond milk ice cream mixed on the stone, he assured me that it was clean and was wiped down every night. Since I have no way of knowing if that is true and no way of knowing for sure if they had actually used it this morning I told him that I didn't want him to mix any for me, I bought my son's and left. He wasn't rude or mean, but he had no interest in serving me, since it was inconvenient. I have been to this location many times in the last ten years, I've sent people with allergies to this location, but that is all over. Allergy means something, I'm not shy about sharing information but I am skittish about having an allergic reaction. While this is my own concern anyone in the customer service industry should be concerned about what the customer is saying. I'm not really upset that I didn't get any ice cream, it is only ok some times, I am disappointed that I drove into Aggieville and wasted my time, my son could have gotten ice cream anywhere

I love this cold stone, despite living about 20 minutes away my wife and I go here all the time. The staff are so nice, extremely tolerable (in my opinion) with so much foot traffic. They provide fresh water and cups for an added bonus on top of already delicious treats. My wife love to get a ridiculous amount of add ins and they definitely do their best to accommodate a Like it size with 4 brownies or cake.

We took my boys for a special treat, never have been to cold stone. It felt like we were an absolute disturbance to the employee and like it was a bother. Worst experience, especially for the price.
