The employees I would like to recognize is the one with the blueish green in her hair and a younger taller kid w glasses on night crew, She has been there since it opened. Always very pleasant, and always busy. Every time we go there she always up and down the counter area but always make time to talk w customers. We went there for dinner one night and had a bad experience, food not right, ppl standing around, and the dining area wasnt very clean. A younger employee with glasses offered to fix our order and was very pleasant. There was a guy w a culvers hoodie on and another lady was there who had a baby and was behind the counter, then came back out w no baby and just joined in w the ppl just standing. I will continue to go there but def not at night

The food is good but the service is awful. We ate in once on 30 Sept 2024 and ordered coffee and dessert and someone came out to our booth twice to complain to us that he had to make new coffee, while someone in the back kitchen yelled "why is anyone ordering coffee this late?" and "making coffee at night is just bad business practice!" When someone who I think was the manager came up front and they whined to him about the coffee, he told them off with some loud expletives. Then when we finally got the coffee 20 minutes later it came with melted ice cream they'd let sit out on the counter the whole time, just out of spite. Also, when we do mobile orders, sometimes we're told to pick up at the drive-thru, sometimes told to come inside, and sometimes told to go curbside but when we do it's a 30-minute wait for the food because people forget that there are customers "curdside" all the way at the end of the parking lot, way far away from the building. Oh, and the prices went up on the app on the weekend and went back down on Monday - making a sandwich a combo went from costing $3.20 extra to $4.00 extra, then back down to $3.20. That's a jerk move. I know you guys have good food, but I'm done with you.

Do not go here if you have an allergy. My husband and I have allergies and asked them very clearly not put Onions or tomatoes on his food. We get home and his food was made incorrectly as well as mine.Im fairly certain someone heard allergies and said let’s give them as much tomatoes as possible as we had 3 big tomatoes on each of our burgers.(we should’ve just checked the bag like we normally do) I hope they do better.
