Ordered from the 3rd street location. They messed up the order really bad, we happened to be passing by the Anderson location and stopped in. They offered to remake our entire order instead of making us go all the way back across town during rush hour. Thank you so much for showing customer service is still alive!!!

I enjoyed the way the staff explained the specials in detail.
The young lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. It ruined the entire experience for us as only second timers.

10 minutes at the counter before someone helped us. 20 minutes to get food. This is ridiculous. You gotta do better.

There was a line when I first Walked in, no one was at the counter another customer had to yell to get someone’s attention. My friend and I order our desserts. I waited Thirty minutes for my MooLatte and small plain cone with sprinkles. I had To go up and ask for it. Then they didn’t get my small cone just handed me an ice cream with some sprinkles. I’ve watched several other people leave with the same items o had but didn’t receive till thirty minutes later. Would not come here!

We stopped in for lunch today with. The restaurant was clean. Caleb greeted is with a smile and took our order. He was very polite and helpful. The food was nice and hot. It was all around a good time.
The staff almost seemed like they were running around like chickens with their head chopped off, and I ordered a blizzard and they didn’t flip it. I had to remind them of the upside down or it’s free policy (I’m like that I love my blizzards). I got a free coupon though, but this wasn’t my best experience at a DQ

The food here is always great but the staff can be hit or miss. Lots of younger kids that are just there for a paycheck and don't care about the quality of customer service they're providing.

Ordered a sauce and tossed bbq honey chicken strip basket and instead I get plain jane chicken strips with honey mustard and what looks to be ranch but idk not touching it, like why have the option for them if your not going to make them?? And then the completely wrong sauce to go with them!??? At least the toast was good super over buttery tho but can’t complain about that lol

Building looks closed when I pulled up to the drive through had to practically yell at the box because the woman apparently couldn't hear me tried to rush the order didn't ask what sauces I wanted when I got to the window and paid had to wait a long time for 2 out of 3 drinks which were Dr. Pepper and was waiting on the 3rd drink which was a sprite or starry for the kids meal when they brought the food and they had forgotten to make the 3rd drink I was the only one in line until I got to the window spent about 15 to 20 min waiting for the food I got 2 chicken strip boxes one with Buffalo one with ranch they gave us gravy instead of ranch and the toast was over filled with butter to the point it was like butter flavored rubber 10 out of 10 don't recommend

People working there seem more concerned with complaining about getting off of work than serving customers. Person working the counter was complaining about how long she had been working that day literally in front of us and made no attempt to take our order even thought we had been standing there for several minutes. She did finally come over and take our order and was friendly, but went right back to complaining after taking our order. There was only one other table inside and 2-3 cars in the drive-through.

To the owner. I bet if you paid all your high school employees an extra 25c per blizzard they made, they would get real creative and figure ways to get customers through the drive through in less than a half hour. Your customers would be happy. Your employees wod be happy. Bonus round. your sales would likely increase. Win. Win. Win.
And yes I had time to write all of this while waiting on your employee come back to take my order.
