I see they've shut down. I'm not surprised. I had a lot of dissatisfaction every time I'd gone lately and avoided the place. It's too bad because I otherwise liked Denny's. I'll be going to Topeka's when I can.

Terrible. I had an issue with my drink order. I told the waitress and she went into the back to fix it. I could hear her complaining to another waiter. I spoke the manager and she then spoke to her staff about their loud conversations, which could also be heard. The food was terrible. A lot of items were not available off the menu. The tables were sticky and gross.

It took two times, after placing my order, to get my order right. But they we're were good enough to acknowledge their mistake, fix it eventually and they decided to cover the price of the order. That has to be worth something. Food was good. I'm sure serving the wrong oder it's not a regular thing at this place.

The waitress was asleep when I got there. I stood there for 12 minutes. Then she took her time helping me. Won't be going back due to service. On a good note the food did an amazing job.

My wife and I were traveling and decided to stop at this location for breakfast. We were seated and our drink order was taken. Service was slow, but there was a reason.. Our food order was taken and 45 min later we had yet to be served. My wife went to deal with it and found our server trying to get the food, not from the cook, but from the manager that was cooking. "The food will be ready when it's ready" is not the answer my wife wanted to hear from the manager/cook. The server did try to get our food and keep up with the drinks. We left, along with 3 other couples. Would not recommend this place at all.

I usually go to Denny's Topeka which is great. This one is one to avoid. Service was non existent, I got up and asked how long it was going to be 40 mins after ordering and still was waiting. Food finally came and it was cold.

Service was very poor. 40 mins with no food and only when I get up to ask how long do they say it's coming now and it was cold. Skip this one.

I have ate here multiple times, But I have to say this has been the best experience by far. We were greeted by a friendly lady I believe her name was lavita. The food was amazing and really hot. Our server gave us so many options on our food more than the menus pictured. Our drinks were never empty. I love my coffee!!! She checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything and anything we needed. I had a Cali burrito that was recommended and it was so delicious!! The manager stopped by to check on us and was so nice. I really enjoyed having a manager check in on us! Even tho our server had a few other tables other than us she took care of us all pretty good! She was fast and friendly. Overall this was a great time. I love Denny’s! I will definitely be back again!

Food is below average. You can eat it but you can make way better at home. They are always under staffed so it takes forever to get waited on. Avoid the restrooms while dinning after the bar rush, better to go in the parking lot

Decent food but great service. Staff was very friendly, but the dishes were edible but less than exceptional. A safe choice on where to eat but don't expect a 5star cusine.

I’ve been to this Denny’s multiple times and it’s usually average but today was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I don’t think the place could’ve been more poorly managed if someone tried. The employees either need more training or job reassignment because nobody was competent at what they were doing. Poor communication, incredibly long waits and many mistakes. On top of all this the food we got wasn’t even up to standard. In total the experience was unbelievable in the worst way possible.
