I can’t hype this place up enough. My kids constantly ask for me to get these cookies and not just one kind but any and all of them are amazing. My one child recently asked “Why do these cookies taste so good?” My question exactly. Like how? Their chocolate chip cookie tastes like my childhood and dreams. Every cookie is amazing with a cup of warm coffee. 20/10.

Again and again Eileen’s has come through with fabulous cookies and cookie cakes! The staff are always pleasant to work with, the cake designs are awesome, and the prices are fabulous! Of course, the cookies are delicious too. Highly recommend!!
This is my favorite cookie shop in MHK. I don't know what their magic ingredient is in the frosting and I don't care - it is delicious!! Whenever I go to Target, I always stop in and get a sugar cookie and it's all because of that crazy good frosting! I highly recommend this place!

The cookies were fine. The employee we dealt with left us with a horrible impression of the business. We stopped by after lunch on Saturday, May 6. Being new to the storefront we asked 3-4 short questions and made our selections. The employee seemed annoyed with us and rolled her eyes at another employee who then snickered when we were paying. We paid with credit card and my husband added a 10% tip (mind you, this was for putting cookies in a sack and carrying a prepackaged assortment to the cash register). When the employee saw him write in the tip amount, she turned on her heel and walked away. The other employee had to hand our purchase to us. We won’t be returning.

The cookies are delicious without the icing. The icing isn’t good at all. My kids even said it didn’t taste right. I called them and let them know and they just apologized for it being nasty but did nothing more. The icing had a bitter taste to it like a gel icing that you would get from the Walmart cake decorating isle. It tasted very generic. Im very disappointed as we had this cookie preordered for my sons birthday. Update: Please look at the remark from the owner as it’s very unprofessional and just rude. They could have offered something without icing instead or had a different attitude but no they are encouraging me to go to another bakery in town.

I called in at 230 looking for some kind of last minute gender reveal cookie to share the news with our kids. They were able to get it done with just a few hours notice. And they were so kind and willing to help. They will definitely continue to earn my business!
