I haven't eaten at a Firehouse Subs in ages! The last time was in Killeen, probably like 5 years ago. I moved to Kansas a few months back and I'm so stoked they have one here in Manhattan.

This place totally beats Subway, hands down. They don't hold back on the meat either! Just ordered the Firehouse Hero sub, It's a good price for what you get. The vibe here is super chill and quiet in the morning, not sure about later though. There was tons of seating if you wanna kick back and enjoy a killer sandwich, and did I mention they have a hot sauce bar?! They literally have a sauce for everyone.

I tried ordering an unwich through their app and i got a breadless sandwich in a bowl instead. I placed the order ahead of time, but I was still waiting 5-10 min after the seleted time. It's be a hot minute since I been to a FHS, but what I got made the price increase not seem worth while. It might just be the location though, since I was never disappointed by the FHS I would go to in Alabama.

We ordered lunch today from this location via the website around 9:30 am for a noon pick up.
We picked up our order, trusting that everything was in the bag.
We ordered six sandwich combo meals: three French Dips (one with added mushrooms), one Italian, one Brisket and one Steak/cheese with extra onions/peppers/cheese.
We received ONE au jus for the French Dips, no mushrooms and no extras on the steak and cheese.
This is only the second time I've eaten here and I have not been impressed either time. ANY other sandwich shop would be preferable over this one.

I decided to visit for the first time in over a year and the place has really improved. The restaurant was clean the sandwiches were very good and the employees were very friendly. I enjoy the hot sauce bar and the varitey they had and I would come and eat there again in the near future

This place was great

Was in town for my daughter Special Olympics game and always choose Firehouse to eat. We choose Firehouse anytime we are out of town, since we don't have a Firehouse Subs in Topeka, Ks

Well I don't like giving 1 stars but this time you all deserve it. One sandwich was spot on the other disgusting. The second sandwich a firehouse hero the bottom bread was soggy and tasted like it had been dipped in wash water. I said something about it was told you got what you ordered. Also Tables had not been washed and the bathrooms were filthy with bugs.

1 week ago on Sunday afternoon, I stepped into the bathroom. With in second of me sitting down someone started pounding on the bathroom door. No explanation, no words, just aggressive pounding on the door. When I left the bathroom no one was there. I walked into the dining area and every single one of the employees look in my direction. I asked who knocked and why it was so loud. The manager said He did it and he thought it was an employee in the bathroom! There is no reason an employee or a patron should get treated like that. My husband called back and asked to speak with an owner. The girl informed us the owner was pretty busy… he still said he’d leave a message. I called back on Tues and asked for a managed. I asked him to pass my info to the owner. I was once again informed they are very busy…
I’m just glad it didn’t happen to the teenager that was in there ahead of me.
