The amazing food will bring you back, but the friendly staff will earn your loyalty. You just can't beat the Hook & Ladder salad, hands down the best. The Turkey Bacon Ranch is a fam-favorite.

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs recently. I recently placed an order on the app and I had a bit of a delay going to pick it up when I let the staff know, they were incredibly friendly and quick to make it right. They remade the sandwiches without hesitation, and they turned out perfect hot, fresh, and delicious!
It's always refreshing to see customer service handled with such professionalism and care. Thanks to Jamie and her team for turning a small hiccup into a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff and management are extremely rude and mean to customers. The employees there make you feel so uncomfortable to the point you dont wanna come back!

To the owner: might want to consider advising your staff to keep their political and personal views to themselves while they’re working. Lots of side-eyes between customers.

I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and they didn't put any turkey very disappointed because these sandwich aren't the cheapest.

Used to be really good and worth the price, but lately portion sizes have shrunk and prices have remained high. And the past two times I’ve ordered they’ve screwed at least one thing up (but usually more).

Workers are rude. Slow as ever no matter if you order ahead or not.

Ordered through door dash, first we noticed that the desert cookies and the brownie was not in a bag and the side pickles were not in the bag so we complained to doordash and then we opened up our sandwiches one in Italian the second one a ham and they left off the provolone. We ordered at 8 pm. Didn't know they closed at 9:00 by the timer sandwiches got to us and we opened everything up Firehouse subs in Manhattan Kansas was closed on Saturday May 10th I love Firehouse subs just very disappointed
