The amazing food will bring you back, but the friendly staff will earn your loyalty. You just can't beat the Hook & Ladder salad, hands down the best. The Turkey Bacon Ranch is a fam-favorite.

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs recently. I recently placed an order on the app and I had a bit of a delay going to pick it up when I let the staff know, they were incredibly friendly and quick to make it right. They remade the sandwiches without hesitation, and they turned out perfect hot, fresh, and delicious!
It's always refreshing to see customer service handled with such professionalism and care. Thanks to Jamie and her team for turning a small hiccup...

I find it weird that there's never any customers inside Firehouse Subs no matter what location I go to. Any who, they took the pepperoni pizza sub off the menu and replaced it with the chicken Parmesan sub. How disappointing? The 2 employees working were very helpful in making an alternative sub. Wasn't quite the same but it was edible. Bring back the pepperoni pizza sub and I'll give the 5th star back.
