I find it weird that there's never any customers inside Firehouse Subs no matter what location I go to. Any who, they took the pepperoni pizza sub off the menu and replaced it with the chicken Parmesan sub. How disappointing? The 2 employees working were very helpful in making an alternative sub. Wasn't quite the same but it was edible. Bring back the pepperoni pizza sub and I'll give the 5th star back.

First, I was not asked for my phone number to use my points, and I should have asked, but forgot.The sub came out hot and fresh. It had way too much mayo and mustard and was just dripping with every bite.The place was clean.

We went during Sunday lunch time and it was quite crowded.Tables, etc. were dirty. The cashier lady that day was unfriendly. The sandwich we ordered was good. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to come out because there were not enough people in the kitchen. I would not go here again.
