This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever seen other than a brand new one that wasn't open yet. I have over 30 years in restaurant work. The grill even looked like it had just been unboxed and not used yet.

It was ok I didn't like that they assumed I knew how the system worked when I went to order, it was my first time and the lady behind the counter didn't even ask if I needed help after stating it was my first time, probably won't be back

I often time stopped at this 5Guys location in Manhattan and get a chocolate shake and a burger whenever I'm driving around in Manhattan. I stopped buying burgers there because it was always soggy at the bottom so I stick to just getting shakes. On July 3rd of 2025 I decided to stopped and get a chocolate shake with whip cream. As I walked inside, the black cashier guy who’s always at the front, greeted me and said, “chocolate shake?” and I said yes, then he said “with whip cream” and I said yes. I thought that was weird because he had never greeted me so nicely for the 4 years that I’ve been going inside there but I ignored it. He rang up my order on the machine and I paid and gave him a tip. He went to the shake machine for about two seconds and bring back “A shake”, I was so preoccupied that I didn’t even noticed that it usually took more than two seconds to make a shake. I went to my car and noticed that the shake was melted and there was barely any whip cream left on there from them having it sitting on the counter for so long. I was going to take it back to him but I was so furious that I took it and tossed it inside of the trash can at auto zone and told myself that, that is the last time I’ll ever go to that 5Guys. That was so disgusting and disrespectful for you to serve a customer food that you had sitting down for a while, especially a shake that easily go bad. Customers are paying their hard earn money and they shouldn’t be given old, stall and bad food!

This was my first time going to Five Guys. I had an exceptional dining experience and assistance ordering from the very kind and hospitable man behind the counter, Caleb. It is not very often these days to have such a pleasant person serving you. Not only did his kindness and helpfulness make my day, I had a great dining experience as well. Will be coming back! Picked up order was quick and the worker was helpful and courteous! Order was accurate.
We don't have five guys where I'm from. So I was pretty excited to try it the food was ok. However if rather not pay 10$ for a burger. The fries where mediocre at best they tasted better when the Cajun seasoning.

Huge fan of the local Five Guys in Manhattan. I am not 100% sure but I believe I have worked with the manager every time I order. Super great guy and very friendly. And if he isn't the manager, he should be!
My order has always been 100% accurate here. Which should be something you can always expect but for several other places in town, this is hard to accomplish. Whenever I crave a burger and fries, I will usually choose Five Guys!
