The aesthetic of this place was really cool. I had a chai latte that was divine. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town and it only took two visits to realize that. A man named Cohen greeted me when I approached the counter. He was polite and savy, offering me three different kinds of milk for my tea. The atmosphere was unique and comfortable; perfect for studying or reading or visiting with friends. As I read, another barista brought me my tea and set it down on the table before me with a smile. On my second visit Cohen really impressed me. He remembered my name and order, almost to the detail. He wished me well, by name, as I left. I felt like I was welcome. Please visit them, and tip well!

Comfortable for long conversations and great coffee!
This is the best coffee shop in town. It never disappoints and the baristas are friendly! We’re lucky to have this great shop in MHK! Support local!
Came in to grab a coffee and they had it done in no time and also tasted amazing. Also nice and quiet to drop by just to study.

Flight crew used to be pretty good.
They're set up is just like the Roasterie out of Kansas City.
Like it's actually the same. Same airplane, same everything. And they even used to serve their coffee. They just weren't very good at making it. I never understood why they only brought in a couple of the worst products and not any of the good. The Roasterie has great single origin coffees. Especially the Ethiopian Natural, which is my favorite.
And several really good medium and dark roasts. But for some reason, they never brought any of those in. I mean, the guatemalan single origin is good, but
For some reason. down here it was just wasn't close. Not quite sure if it's their grind or their brewing method, that's off.
I tried to reach out to the owner a couple times just to have conversations it's about coffee making in general. And to see if they would bring in some other of the roasteries products. But she really didn't have time, then they change their coffee and whatever they have now is horrible.

Very comforting and consistent theme all throughout! The menu is adorable with several references to airports, planes and vintage themes. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you love coffee shops :)
I got a chai tea and it was by far one of the best I’ve had in Manhattan!! Very good pick me up between study sessions

Beautiful little aviation themed cafe, serving good espresso and playing soft jazz
I love going to Flight Crew in the mornings. Such a warm atmosphere❤️
Enjoyed a great cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The space was inviting. The conference room in the back was private and useful for a meeting.
