We walked in for a late lunch coffee break. We ordered our coffee and found a place to sit. Table surfaces were clean. Coffee was brought to us. We enjoyed a warm coffee cake that was delish. There are several coffee shops in the area and this is one of my favorites ?

I went to this establishment today to do some business planning and this is how it went.The staff were inviting and friendly.There is plenty of seating here with several oversized chairs which were comfortable.The one caveat id say here is that there are not many comfortable chairs to sit and use your computer.I took off one star for the food, not the coffee. The coffee was great but the souffle was not what I expected. The crust of the souffle was closer to that of a pie crust rather than a souffle crust. I would recommend adding more butter to make the crust and filling more airy and light.The restrooms are clean and you'll have to take my word for it b/c I didn't take pictures in there. (Don't take your phone into the bathroom) ?I took another star off for food because of the price.I am sure that the overhead due to it's location is a large reason for the up charging but I found it expensive.My wife and I got two souffles and two small chai tea lattes and paid 27$.For someone who have been to Europe many times I found these prices to be 15% higher than international prices and with less attention to detail in the preparation.I hope this helps..

As an aviation mechanic, I love this place. The inside is aviation themed with a large mural of a DC-3 on the wall, and the menus are arrival/departure boards.The best part is the coffee taste great. I don't like Starbucks or scooters coffee, so it's nice to finally have a coffee shop in the area with good coffee.

Found these guys in my never-ended search of non-chain coffee. Cool looking spot that really does remind you of an old school airport terminal, reminds me almost of Madmen. Very cool decor and coffee was fresh and hot. Give these guys a shot if you're in the area.
I buy a $5.00 cup of coffee at a coffee shop, not for the coffee, but for the experience. Most coffee shops don't realize this, but then again more than a few can't even deliver a hot cup of joe. Well, Flight Crew Coffee delivered me a hot cup of coffee, that I enjoyed while sitting in a comfortably modern armchair with a globe on the adjacent table, which made my subsequent discussion with Mrs. AAR, over a delicious quiche, about the border between Sudan and South Sudan that much more interesting. The place is filled with flight memorabilia and other aviatory touches that really work. So much so that this is one of the few places that meet all the criteria of the After Action Report (AAR) Coffee Rating Exemplar (ACRE) and is therefore an AAR Must Coffee.

Slow for a weekend evening. Girl behind the register was not friendly. Girl making the drinks seemed to have a better attitude. I’ve been in several times before and only had positive experiences. Whoever worked the register tonight needs an attitude adjustment. Customers, especially tipping customers, don’t deserve to feel like you’re “doing them a favor.” We heard your comments as well. I’ll go elsewhere and save money and get better service. Also, telling customers “we close in an hour” as soon as they get to the counter is rude.

This place has incredible music, average pastries, good coffee, but the ambience is what brings it all together. The Airline theme is well placed throughout, and the entire place is so cozy. There is even a faux fireplace and I love the environment for studying. Usually pretty quiet. The workers are always nice.

Trendy coffee shop in downtown Manhattan KS. Had a redeye which was nice and strong and a quiche that was quite tasty. It's a little far of a drive but once and a while is a treat.
