Counter service when ordering was efficient and friendly. Food was hot and tasted good. They have outdoor seating. The condiment bar was well stocked and it was eady to find what you were looking for. The person who called out order numbers when they were ready was super pleasant and added more cheese to the fries with no hesitation or judgment! Staff were walking around cleaning off tables.

I typically don’t leave reviews and after coming here for years this definitely caught me off guard. There were a few things wrong with my order and when I brought it to the staffs attention they were rude and gave attitude. The lady I asked about my order when I told her both of the custards were wrong rolled her eyes and when she was fixing it and told the other lady back there what happened she made a snarky comment even though they were in earshot.

4* for now but I give total 5 for my 4 grandkids like it here. Their custard is good. Little smiles and cleaning would be nice.

Girl at the drive thru wasn't very polite. The bbq brisket burger was terrible the brisket was so tough and hard you couldn't even bite it. The chess curds were so soggy and salty. Waste of 25$ 0/10

Gave me soggy ass bread that fell apart as soon as I pulled the burger out of the package.
It was great
Came during KSU graduation so was very busy but the food was good, restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.
Food and ice cream are great. But please listen when the person says they want a lettuce wrap if given the option. Some people can't eat bread.
I asked for no mustard due to an allergy and they served my sandwich with MUSTARD. I ate the fries but I'm SEVERELY disappointed in the gal at the counter.
