I like the food and it always tastes good. But this one lady who works there, is so rude. Eye rolls, rude tone, says things about you to herself doesn't even lift a finger to help anyone...talks to every customer like they are stupid. Ya, people have bad days, but this is the third time we have been there when she was and she acts like that every time. The rest of the staff are always friendly, helpful and great! I get it...its a fast sandwich shop...but I expect more than eye rolls. She is the only reason I didn't give five stars.

Food was okay and the staff was nice, but management is ruining this place! Have to heat up your own alfredo in a microwave and no more soup! Whaaaat? I might as well go to a gas station. Way to expensive for what you're getting.

Clean restraunt, helpful staff. Not much different than Subway, costs a little more though. The steak was flavorless, the toasted bread was burnt, the ice tea was decent. I'd give it a 2nd chance, but only after I forget about my last trip.
This poor place had no one in there the entire time I was there... I just went in and ate my deli. And I gotta be honest, it wasn't that great of a meal. Wish I could say something different. So next time my date ditches me at the Umi Japanese Steak House, I think I'm just gonna have to head on home.

My family and I went to Mr. Goodcents for lunch, which was around 1. The woman with blonde hair asked me what I wanted. Right of hand you can tell she had an attitude. I told her I wanted a kids meal, a turkey sandwich on white. She grabs the white bread out if the container and roughly puts it on the paper. She then cuts "one" slice of turkey puts it on the bread folds it up and again roughly places it on the area that you would start putting the cheese and so on on your sandwich. I looked at her with the look of "seriously"! She then started to act a bit better taking the rest of my order. As soon as my husband, FIVE year old daughter start to sit to eat. The employee with blonde hair starts in on the other employee with the red shirt on. There is a line of people trying to give their order and this employee with blonde hair just doesn't understand "customer service"! At one point she leaves the girl in the red shirt standing there to try and make everyone's order and a male employee. Not sure when the blonde came back inside, but the girl in the red shirt at one point went to go through the door to get to the back and was locked out. She had to knock on the door. This blonde girl goes back to the cash register and she's checking out customers angry! I find this ridiculous and unprofessional!! I have never in my life seen such immature behavior and I have kids!! We always have a good experience going to this Mr. Goodcents but today was down right for the birds!!! Mind you she done this all in front of customers kids and adults!!
