I've been to goodcents all over Kansas & had not good experiences to say the least.. I started coming to this one after my daughter moved to manhattan. Always a great experience. Morgan ( I think that was her name?) is always so helpful & friendly, so is the rest of staff. The food is good, & the restaurant is clean which is where the other stores I've been to are severely lacking. I look forward to eating here when I can make the drive down from out of town

Before you visit this restaurant, please check out their health department reviews. They are bad. They found moldy food in the fridge and around the prep table. They had to close them down until they cleaned up. Their employees are not handling food safely. The list goes on. They were out of compliance in June 2024 and recently at the end of September. Seems to me the management is lacking and so is their food handling education for employees. I personally would not eat here. ?

We are visiting from out of state. The manager Morgan rolled her eyes, laughed and went to the back when asked if we would be able to get white bread tomorrow. The other staff member

LOVE their subs, they are so good and I like the different types they have, but they are SO expensive for a family, for just 3 or 4 of us to get subs, drinks, soup, whatever, it is like $60, so about 15-20 dollars apiece. We go occasionally, but price is an issue

Wow this place is fabulous! The customer service is absolutely amazing! The restaurant was clean, quiet, absolutely beautiful, and comfy. The food was made perfectly, and it is absolutely delicious! I love that I can come in here, and have a sandwich made and it's made with kindness and care, what a great place to eat and the staff is just amazing, everybody is so friendly, it totally makes coming here worth it. I recommend this place because it's not like any other sub shop I've been to.

I have worked food services for years in the past. I love the food here. The only thing is the temperatures of the food seems a little low. Keep the food covered when not in use please. Make sure the temperatures are up to par. It makes the food look a lot fresher. But the manager is friendly and professional.

Trying to call everyday, different times of the day and no one answers. Infuriating. Tried calling corporate to leave a complaint, and the complaint line mailbox is full. Tried messaging through facebook, and can’t do that either. So, trying to talk to someone about my $200.00 order that was placed online two weeks ago is IMPOSSIBLE.
I have been to several Mr. Goodcents in Kansas, but Manhattan's is by far my favorite! I love the friendly staff and the fact I can joke with them and they joke right back. They are always very quick and efficient. I'm always looking forward to my next visit as soon as I leave!

Goodcents is by far my favorite sub sandwich place and this location specifically always pops off. Everyone is so friendly and Joe always makes my sandwich taste better than before which I didn’t know could be possible. I love that I can customize my sandwich to whatever I want it to be unlike other sub places (I specifically love the roasted chicken and the penny club). Keep up the good work guys!
