⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of trying Guero Loco's food truck in Manhattan, Kansas, and I can't rave enough about it! Their birria tacos are absolutely the best I've ever had—juicy, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. But the star of the show for me was the birria ramen; it was a delightful fusion that blew my mind! The broth was rich and comforting, with the perfect balance of spices.
The service was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Guero Loco. You won’t regret it!

Surprisingly good. Not from here was just stopping by when I picked up my daughter. The food was hot and fresh. My daughter's had the shredded beef burrito its was huge and good ratio of rice to meat. They couldn't finish the burrito. I had the ramen and burrito taco. Both were delicious. Flavor was amazing. The amount of meat in the taco was mind boggling. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is we didn't get sauce, I like sauce with everything and I needed a few extra napkins but we will be back shortly. Keep that ish up!

Interestingly, the 1 star reviews are fake. I was there that night and none of it is true. The customer instigated. Deserved being called out and she got her friends to bomb the owners review page after being told to leave instead of causing trouble. Petty work of low life’s. This place serves outstanding food. 10/10

One of the best tacos trucks around!! The birria burrito and tacos are simply amazing! The guy who runs it is pretty great too! Definitely a must try in Aggieville!!

Employees will allow you to get harassed in line and even join in on the harassment. Employee threw a literal fit and was throwing tortillas and calling customers names and shouting obscenities at them.

When I got there the worker was throwing a fit... he was throwing tortillas on the ground and acting out. He was calling his customers the B-word and said he didn't want our service. Mind you, not even a word was said to this man. Very bizarre, very scary, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Gonna keep it ? Birria burrito was $16. Was no way worth $16 from a Mexican or Tex Mex point of view. Mostly rice and black bean with a watered down sauce. Service was friendly but I would have been excited to take your money as well if I was charging $16 for a burrito and that’s it. The people deserve more than that ??
