Stopped by after moving my son into university. Although the atmosphere is a bit dated, the service and food was great. We really like that ability to select our own food items to be cooked immediately afterwards. Everything was very fresh. White rice was no extra charge. Will definitely go again.
Vegetarian options: Since customers choose what is prepared by the cooks, they can choose only vegetarian options from the buffet of ingredients.
Parking: Parking is in mall parking lot.

First time at HuHot. Staff was incredibly helpful and food was exceptional. I can't wait to go back! Now I know what all the fuss is about! You get to choose everything about your meal and watch them cook it! More than just a meal, it's a food experience!

My family and I really like going to eat there. The waiters are always very attentive, the cooks are excellent, the food is delicious, and the place is very clean, the bathrooms are very clean, and the prices are fair. Plus, it is located inside the Manhattan shopping center.

The meat was cooked well, but the vegetables were undercooked.

It was such a a new experience but we loved it. One price for each person all you can eat too! You take a bowl or two-fill them with your choice of meat, noddles, and veggies, add some sauce of your choice also. Take them to the circle grill and the gentleman will cook your stuff for you on the grill top. When do e he will give your food back to you on a platter. Take it to the table and enjoy!
Vegetarian options: You can get only veggies if you want to.
Parking: This location is at a mall.

The food is good. There's a huge selection of choice and even the pickiest of eaters can find something they'll enjoy. The rice was a bit dry though.

Great food! Loved that I could pick exactly what I wanted. Also, there are so many sauce options. It was a long line when I went around 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday, but it moved along at a decent pace.

We ordered on Uber Eats. The service was quick and the portions were HUGE! Everything tasted fresh.
Vegetarian options: The make your own bowl option lets you choose exactly what you want. Tofu is offered with the vegetables to provide a veg friendly protein.

Bumped down to a 3 from a 4 this year due to management not working with customers on special requests. I'm a huge fan of fish, but unfortunately, at this location, they do not keep the fish frozen on the line. They fill up the container, and it just sits there and thaws out. Why is that an issue? The fish disintegrates on that hot grill when it's not frozen, so you are left with pieces smaller than the garlic they have in the garlic oil... not very appetizing in my personal opinion nor how fish should be served. Why is it that it is the only meat that isn't frozen on the line? Every other meat option is ALWAYS frozen. My suggestion is to put less fish out. They restock the line constantly anyway, so it would probably be less waste at the end of the day and would be a better, frozen option for those who do want fish.
Yes, I've requested to have frozen fish from the waitstaff at my table multiple times and every single time, I get some random excuse as to why I can't - from it isn't cut up yet, they just can't give it to me that way or, my favorite reason thus far was a manager telling me the thawed fish on the line met temperature standards so it's safe to eat... that was not the reason nor part of the explanation I provided you on why i wanted it frozen, buddy.. I am extremely disappointed in this locations response to that request as every other location I've been to, has had no issues either providing it upon request or their fish on the line is frozen, as it should be.

I love huhot food i used to get it to go every other week. 6ish months back i got it and ended with food poisoning, it made it hard to go back but today I was ready to eat it again it was the inly thing that sounded good!!! Now i am stuck home again because of food poisoning. I just hate it because the food is good but my left overs are going in the trash and will probably never be able to eat at a huhot again.

The food was great, and people were friendly. Only slightly upsetting thing was we didn't realize they didn't allow to go trays. So, ended up having to overfill ourselves on an extra plate of food that we weren't allowed to take with us. Overall enjoyable place.
