Definitely a well deserved 5 stars. The gentleman working yesterday January 1st was very polite. We have a child with gluten and dairy allergies so it is difficult finding places that offer any selections. Here they offer a chocolate chip cookie that is both. They also avoid cross contamination by having it prepared, baked and stored separately. The gentleman bagged our cookies and then washed his hands and used new gloves when bagging our daughters cookie.
The cookies are warm and very delicious. Their prices are a little better than similar competitors but they also offered ice cream. We will be coming back next time we are in town.

I recently visited Insomnia Cookies and had the pleasure of being assisted by Paige. She was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service really made my day. The cookies were delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic thanks to Paige. Highly recommend visiting if you want great cookies and outstanding service!

Look, the COOKIES ARE DELICIOUS when they are warm and Ooey Gooey. My one complaint...PRICING. We just paid $27 for a Dozen cookies. 8 Sugar and 4 Chocolate Chunk....they told us MORE for Peanut Butter cookies than for Chocolate Chunk!?!? What? Anyway...this is Manhattan, Kansas....Not Los Angeles, New York or Dallas! $2+ for a Normal Sized Cookie!? Kinda pricey and they DO NOT TAKE CASH! So I have to keep an active checking account...funded (not a problem) in order TO buy a DOGGONE COOKIE!? A cookie...WOW! Can't even run through with pocket change to grab a single item....SMH!
