I recently visited Insomnia Cookies and had the pleasure of being assisted by Paige. She was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service really made my day. The cookies were delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic thanks to Paige. Look, the COOKIES ARE DELICIOUS when they are warm and Ooey Gooey. My one complaint...PRICING. We just paid $27 for a Dozen cookies. 8 Sugar and 4 Chocolate Chunk....they told us MORE for Peanut Butter cookies than for Chocolate Chunk!?!? What? Anyway...this is Manhattan, Kansas....Not Los Angeles, New York or Dallas! $2+ for a Normal Sized Cookie!? Kinda pricey and they DO NOT TAKE CASH! So I have to keep an active checking account...funded (not a problem) in order TO buy a DOGGONE COOKIE!? A cookie...WOW! Can't even run through with pocket change to grab a single item....SMH!

The staff at this Insomnia Cookies location went above and beyond to help me make my brother's birthday special! Belle took my order and made sure the cookies were delivered and Jennifer came in early to bake them and get them there on time. I cannot say enough great things about this location and will definitely be using them again!! Highly recommend!

Picked up cookies on my way home from work and was greeted by a friendly young man. The smell of the freshly baked cookies was amazing, just what a bakery should be. Although my service dog, Indiana Bones was not with me, he loves himself a great Peanut Butter Chip cookie! We will definitely be back.
