I gave a confusing address when making my order. Dylan was the kind man's name who made multiple trips to my apartment complex to make sure all was correct. Far too often we, as people, take for granted how hard some people work - and I realized last night how much effort this man and the store he works at much put in time after time after time. This place is great whenever you need warm cookies your craving will be satisfied they close very late so doordashing them is great for a midnight snack

This place is awesome! I’m a Cookie Magic regular and have never had any issues with this location honoring coupons, and the customer service is always amazing! I’ve personally dealt with Paige on many occasions and have always had a great customer experience.
Do not waste your time with this business. The manager Paige will make up policies and refuse to give you your order without demanding a government id if she personally feels you’ve used too many coupons. She only started to refund the orders she refused to give without a government id once I questioned how she can withhold orders that had been paid for. Paige stated that the store personally has a policy that they can require government id if you use more coupons that she feels you should as well as a new policy that kids can’t walk in to get orders. I’m not sure what businesses have policies that require government id for cookies. I’d avoid this place unless you want a headache and honestly the worst employee experience I have ever come across with Paige. I’ll be following up about the policies she cited for refusing to give a paying customer their orders. Oh and make sure you are 18 if you want to pick up an order per Paige, no kids allowed to walk in and grab your order.

Came to get late night desserts tonight. Listened to the sweet girl behind the counter give absolutely amazing customer service to the two customers in front of us...and was amazing helping us and the people behind us. Paige was one of the best customer service I've had in Manhattan. So kind! The cookies are delicious ? HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSOMNIA COOKIE!!! ?

Waited an hour for my FIRST order only for them to deliver it to the wrong apartment couldn’t find it so they remake it and AGAIN deliver it to the wrong apartment still couldn’t find it glad I waited 2 hours just receive NOTHING
