I’m giving three stars on the service cause it’s not every time this happens. Got home to realize it’s not a 20 oz coke bottle in my takeout bag. It’s an empty paper cup. Who puts the paper cup in the bag and then staples the bag shut?

Roughly 2-4 times a week my co-worker and I would come in, we were always greeted with a smile. Coming in so often we got know the workers by name, shoutout to Evan, Ken, and Charles (even though we know Charles doesn’t work there anymore ?) they always remembered our order and were very kind!

Jimmy Johns is a 50%-100% to work in. The management is well organized and easy to work with. The work is easy to do. Training is very fast pace like learn in 1.5-2 weeks or out. Inshop is split into to 2 shifts inshop 1 and inshop2. Inshop 1 for night starts at 5pm-10pm and Inshop 2 starts from 10pm-3:45am. If your a delivery driver you will be expected to work inshop as well and make sandwiches and deliver them. Inshop personnel are expected to make and package sandwiches in less then 5 minutes. A delivery driver named Riley gives no breaks or slack and you have to be very fast for her or she will report you the general manager. The general manager will tell you that your performance is not up to standards she will either issue a performance improvement plan or go to termination. Riley technically runs the store not serah. This place doesn't provide disability accommodations. The best solution is not to ask and provide a doctors note otherwise face termination. The best thing to do is not to interact with Riley at all. Riley is a delivery driver but she runs the store mostly and Trevor and Jeffery are just there to enforce what she says goes. If you don't think you can work in this environment I don't recommend it. Riley can be difficult to work with sometimes just ignoring her and doing your assigned tasks is the best way to go. This business is not to bad just minor issues. Mostly between 7pm-12am is quiet not much to do at 1am-3am its very busy. Don't bring anything like canes and cleaning gloves that can indicate you disability accommodations. This place is good for students and anyone under age 39.

Speedy fast is not what I got. I made an order online and it took a hour for it to be delivered. I was on my lunch break and made the order before I left at 11:12. This store is not far from me at all only 1.2 miles down the road. There’s no reason it should have taken this long I got it at 12:10. The food was really good I just wished that I had more time to enjoy it.
