Ordered delivery and it never came. Biggest disappointment of my life.

Jimmy Johns is a 50%-100% to work in. The management is well organized and easy to work with. The work is easy to do. Training is very fast pace like learn in 1.5-2 weeks or out. Inshop is split into to 2 shifts inshop 1 and inshop2. Inshop 1 for night starts at 5pm-10pm and Inshop 2 starts from 10pm-3:45am. If your a delivery driver you will be expected to work inshop as well and make sandwiches and deliver them. Inshop personnel are expected to make and package sandwiches in less then 5 minutes. A delivery driver named Riley gives no breaks or slack and you have to be very fast for her or she will report you the general manager. The general manager will tell you that your performance is not up to standards she will either issue a performance improvement plan or go to termination. Riley technically runs the store not serah. This place doesn't provide disability accommodations. The best solution is not to ask and provide a doctors note otherwise face termination. The best thing to do is not to interact with Riley at all. Riley is a delivery driver but she runs the store mostly and Trevor and Jeffery are just there to enforce what she says goes. If you don't think you can work in this environment I don't recommend it. Riley can be difficult to work with sometimes just ignoring her and doing your assigned tasks is the best way to go. This business is not to bad just minor issues. Mostly between 7pm-12am is quiet not much to do at 1am-3am its very busy. Don't bring anything like canes and cleaning gloves that can indicate you disability accommodations. This place is good for students and anyone under age 39.

Speedy fast is not what I got. I made an order online and it took a hour for it to be delivered. I was on my lunch break and made the order before I left at 11:12. This store is not far from me at all only 1.2 miles down the road. There’s no reason it should have taken this long I got it at 12:10. The food was really good I just wished that I had more time to enjoy it.

Terrible services. It run by kids in the evening and they're more worried about their phone then the job. I said thank you for my sandwich and not one of the 4 employees could say thanks for coming in or anything. They seemed more annoyed I was there asking for a sandwich and interrupted their fun time.

We came here Sunday afternoon to grab a quick lunch. The food was good, it always is. My wife got an unwich and when she got it it was almost falling apart, the meat and veggies were not wrapped at the bottom and everything was falling out. She decided go ahead and try to eat it anyway, but she got to the last quarter of her sandwich and had almost run out of lettuce. She politely asked a young woman at the counter if she could just an additional leaf of lettuce to wrap it in. She was met with an attitude and eye roll, like she'd completely ruined her time leaning against the counter on her phone. She got it, but the service was very very poor.

went for dinner and had good experience until one of the workers seemed to have a fit about the bathroom door being locked and proceeded to slam it. He then later gave us attitude about asking for a side of vinegar and told us we couldn't get any while his co worker was filling it up for us right in front of him. overall normal jimmy johns but the one worker was terrible

Fast. Clean. Good food. Friendly service.Was visiting from out of town and looking for somewhere quick and knew JJ was just the place. This location didn't disappoint.

Never received my order after being charged. Tried calling but the phone number doesn’t work. I know things happen but it’s frustrating that I am unable to get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue and at least get a refund for the food I never received.

Absolutely amazed, and not in a good way!!The staff they had working there last Saturday Night, was easily the rudest employees I’ve ever seen in My Life!!! They were back talking customers and down right rude, I already paid for my very average sandwich or I would have left and gone elsewhere! The guy who acted like a manager with tattoos and dark hair was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered!! I hope ownership, not management is reading these reviews, because something is very off at this location. It was dirty and no pride was being taken in any aspect of their work. I love Jimmy Johns, avoid this location at all costs!!!!

The 3 am close time on Fridays is clutch. Ate here many times no complaints or issues ever. Check out the bathroom wall art it's a trip for sure. The Gargantuan is a great after bar fuel up

JJ’s on Moro has the rudest staff I’ve never seen in my life. Staff made negative comments to paying customers and ran off several potential customers. Closed public restrooms and wouldn’t let anyone wash their hands. I need ownership to reach for me ASAP.
