Last 2 app orders have been wrong. First, they did not add the Jimmy peppers but marked that they did on the wrapper. Second, they forgot my bag of chips but still got charged. I submitted online feed back on Jan 22nd…no response.
Soaking wet sandwich. Terrible
For what it is, Jimmy John's has maintained the quality of their sandwiches. They are responsive to special requests. Their large are humongous and could easily feed 4 people.

The app was having a tough time today apparently. It somehow managed to completely mess up 1 sandwich in my order. Couldn't go back in right away because I had to pick kids up from school. Went in afterwards and talked talked with Tayvon and let him know what happened and he took care of the situation immediately. While i was waiting for my food to be remade i got the notification that my original order was ready..... (the app ill give 1 star.) Tayvon and the rest if the crew did great and I wanted to make sure they knew it was appreciated.

I recently followed up on my interview and was placed on hold for a few minutes, only to be told to wait and then abruptly hung up on. I was hoping to get clarity on the next steps, but this experience left me feeling disregarded and frustrated.

I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for over 10 years. I just recently found out (I read the menu for the first time in those 10 years) that you can order “giant” sized sandwiches. Well worth it

So first let me tell you this location use to be great with its little ups and downs here and there. I do love Jimmy John's . But the last few times I have been there it's been a bad experience. I spent over 100 bucks told the guy at the window I needed to enter my reward points and I got you have to do that at the beginning nothing I can do for you with a whole attitude. Now this time the girl sweet as can be I tell at the time of order I have to enter my rewards points she says we can do the when you come up. So well please make up your mind we explained to her what happened the last time there is a guy hovering around her I said is that your manager she says yeah and I said well would be nice for him to say sorry about your last trip oh but that didn't happen she say you have a 5 dollar coupon available do you (stop the man say that's only good on line). So now like what's your managers name she gave me a girls name I want the one right there is he a manager yes he is he finally sticks his head out the window and says I'm the area manager of here Salina and hutch. I told him that makes this worse your and area manager and you can't open your mouth and say I'm sorry what you have gone through in your visit what can I do to make it better. Nothing not a darn thing so now I know why there staff don't care.
What would I do without the special taste a strand of hair in my sandwich provides every time I visit this location?
Spent 40$ at the drive through for two sandwiches. We clarified our order 3x and they still messed the sandwich up and the meats had ice on them.

Always great.
Fire cracker wrap was good. Don't know if it was Missing something, but wasn't as spicy as I expected.
Parking: Not a lot of parking, but enough to fill the store.
But of course no one can park reasonably.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah it's fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: One handicap parking area. Can't say that I noticed any handicap tables.

Really bad experience at Jimmy John’s on West Anderson tonight, which is super disappointing because my girlfriend is a big fan for a quick meal. Took forever tonight despite the mobile order. And when they wrapped the sandwich, half the sandwich ended up in the wrapper but not even on the bread.
