Good Jimmy's location. Food is always consistent. Workers are friendly. Only gets a 3 star today because I asked for a bag for my 3 subs and chips and they wouldn't give me one. So bizarre.

The app was having a tough time today apparently. It somehow managed to completely mess up 1 sandwich in my order. Couldn't go back in right away because I had to pick kids up from school. Went in afterwards and talked talked with Tayvon and let him know what happened and he took care of the situation immediately. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for over 10 years. I just recently found out (I read the menu for the first time in those 10 years) that you can order “giant” sized sandwiches. Well worth it
