I was trying to figure out the correct words to say this, but there aren't any.. This establishment does like people who aren't white, period!!! Racist!!!!! Everyone working had horrible "customer service" It's was definitely clear from the time we walked in, to the time we decided to cut our family time short at this place because of the rude and disrespect from servers, the cook and bartenders. The server decided to finally come to our table after about 15 mins as he was talking and laughing with the bartenders. So when he did finally come to our table, he was rude, rushing us to order, skipping people at the table for their orders, some of our items we asked for, we never received but was still charged for. He would cut people off when trying to order or walk away while we were trying to order. He was beyond rude when I asked for limes. He said that we had enough (3 limes to share for a table of 9) and that we should use our imaginations for things we asked for.. So after that comment is when we decided to leave. There was more to this, but I would be writing a novel.. This place doesn't deserve any stars!!! Won't ever go back to any of these establishments that are all under the same owners in Manhattan they know who are!!!!!

The worst server I have ever had to deal with. Not sure if she was mad because we were there or just because the sun rise that day, but she sure took her not so sunny disposition out on us. We did appreciate that other server who made a pot of coffee after she said they didn’t have coffee while standing in front of the coffee maker! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

other than the ballgame being on, there is nothing that would make me go back to this place. Server was more concerned with playing dice than serving. Ordered queso and 100% sure it was out of a jar and it was cold. Awful place. Find something else

Kites is so good that if the wait was over a year, I'd still Wait— edit 12/5 as we approach the Christmas season I think back to what it was like to have family. Now all I know is the festive feeling of waiting. I just wanted to place a simple order for the buffalo wings. The only thing keeping me going is the carolers outside spreading Christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear— edit 5/14 gone is my life. I’ve missed so many occasions with my family. My grandmother passed away and I missed new years with my wife. She doesn’t even look at me anymore. I sleep on Kite's door stop. The endless waiting for "Wing the dang day" buffalo wings has become my life. Why can't i order? Is a take out order such a burden that they must ruin a life? I won’t give up. I’ll keep waiting.

I ordered my food and was told that they didn't have it. So I ordered another and after awhile the said the didn't have it this continued several more times so I told them I was leaving get me a checkI was charged for my drink and cheese sticks that I ordered on the first order that I told them to cancel because I couldn't have the pork belly Tacos. I WILL tell my friends and I will never go back again. ? %

Typical bar food. Eh, on the drinks.Burger was gas, better quality beef than I expected. A little undercooked fries, but seasoning was good.Philly was extreeeeemely salty, meat on this one tasted, eh.. However, great job cooking the peppers and caramelized onyo, they were perfect. Bread was good.

Came in to sing karaoke after we called and confirmed they were doing it. When we got here they said they weren’t doing it. Talked to Casey and he told us to stop asking and go away. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this place!
