I ordered my food and was told that they didn't have it. So I ordered another and after awhile the said the didn't have it this continued several more times so I told them I was leaving get me a checkI was charged for my drink and cheese sticks that I ordered on the first order that I told them to cancel because I couldn't have the pork belly Tacos. I WILL tell my friends and I will never go back again. ? %

Typical bar food. Eh, on the drinks.Burger was gas, better quality beef than I expected. A little undercooked fries, but seasoning was good.Philly was extreeeeemely salty, meat on this one tasted, eh.. However, great job cooking the peppers and caramelized onyo, they were perfect. Bread was good.

Came in to sing karaoke after we called and confirmed they were doing it. When we got here they said they weren’t doing it. Talked to Casey and he told us to stop asking and go away. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this place!

Typical bar, food a bit expensive for what you are getting in quality and size. No drink menu, half the beers are cold, the other half warm. Not too loud which is nice, and not busy.

Kite’s is one of the best traditions in MAnhattan!!
I was hoping to have a good report of Kite's but...no. I visited with an out-of-town guest on the afternoon of 9/30/23. There were less than 10 other patrons present at the time. After being "served" by front end manager/bartender, Evan, I vowed to never return. Leaving two subsequent follow-up phone messages and one Facebook Messenger chat, the restaurant owner has not responded to my request for callback.Long story short, Manager Evan displayed poor bartending skills and poor customer service. He delivered to me an $8 top self cocktail in small Bud Light branded plastic cup. My companion ordered a $6 White Claw delivered in a can. The check was $14. I signed, left $0 tip (there was more to the poor service story), and departed. Imagine my surprise when I reviewed my bank account the next day and found a charge of $18. I can only suppose Evan added an (undeserved) $4 tip. Beware if you dine/drink at this establishment and check your bank account.*Update: After the owner's response online, I found Google reviews would not accept a response. So, I contacted Kite's and spoke with Evan who informed me he was "aware of the situation" and would be returning $18, my entire check. After informing him I would only wanted a refund of $4 and that I would like a call from the owner. I explained that the online response to my review including card info was not appropriate and that I had left my personal # three times with requests for a call. This made my 4th request.The refund immediately appeared in my online banking after ending the call with Evan.As of 10/19/23, the owner has not called me.

Ridiculous bouncer was torturing a group of kids and fathers who had rented a back room for the game. They weren’t doing anything wrong. Stupid people at Kites should know better than to slap the hands who feed them. ??♀️ I hope the bouncer feels good about himself.

Our 1st clue should of been that is was pretty much empty. The food was soaked in sauce over powering the rest of the wrap. Burger was very greasy, the bun wasn't toasted. It was slopping with grease n sauce.The Mac n cheese was good at first. Then it was really thick instead of a smooth cheese. This was unpleasant food bar food. The menu is way too small for the food to suck that poorly! No reason it should of been empty in a college town in the middle of Aggie. No love in the kitchen. Please step yas game up. The waitress was nice and attentive. Only good thing about it. Hoping to see better in the future if we ever come back.

Kite's is just reopening their kitchen and getting going again. The menu is still under development, hopefully they bring back the chicken fried steak. I had the Carnitas nachos, all I can say is WOW! It was very tasty and more than I could finish. I hope they continue to roll out more hits like that on the menu.
