Little Batch made my children’s cakes and treats for their birthdays EXACTLY how I requested them. They have always been so great with communication and I have very intricate requests. Sadly, we have moved but we will miss this bakery so much! For the “wild one” cake, we added everything on the top. it was a naked carrot cake and so delicious!

Think twice before trying to order here. I submitted an inquiry and had email correspondence with an employee, selected what I wanted and told her my order and desired pickup date and time. I showed up, and no cake! She never said she had not submitted my order. Very poor service. This cake was for a significant family birthday celebration and I had to get something different — not what my 79-year-old dad wanted — on my way out of town. I try hard to keep my dollars local and support businesses. I am truly disappointed.

It slipped my mind that I needed to plan a little bit ahead for my daughter’s birthday cake and a frantic Google search for bakeries in Manhattan led me to Little Batch Company. My daughter LOVED getting to “design” her cake with all the options online. The cake tasted wonderful and we will absolutely be returning customers for all our birthdays and events! Highly recommend!

Once again, Little Batch for the win! I've had my custom retirement cake and now a custom birthday cake from Hannah's crew and EVERYONE in attendance loved both. They have so many options for sizes and flavors to choose from. I gave the baker several photos for design inspo & it was perfect.

Food tastes amazing, but I feel like this is not $40 worth with how it was decorated or with the size. I asked for a Yule log cake, and I was a couple days late to pick it up I do admit but how the guy on the phone sounded it was like they were like “oh you’re in luck we have one left” like did you sell the cake I ordered a month in advance?? I ordered from this place cause I love the treats I’ve tried next door. Would I give them another chance maybe but I’m gonna say be very clear on what you want and check what you have before you get it to make sure you are happy with how it looks. All their stuff tastes amazing but I feel scammed here with how things are worded this sounded like they used the one they made for me and threw this one together at the last second to replace the one I had originally ordered.

I ordered a custom cake and received a plain cake! I told them that was not my cake they said I'll fix it just give them 30 minutes so I left came back and no one was working on the cake it wasn't fished. They did give me the and a full refund. However the cake is over cooked and burnt on the outside. I'm glad I got a refund because I paid 96.00 for the cake and its old and dry and burnt. Shameful to serve up something like this. Thank for a disappointing birthday. I would say just go to Hy-Vee!

Absolutely love Little batch. We were scrambling to find catering for my husbands command ceremony. Little batch was amazing with a last minute order of 100 pastries only a few days notice. I CANNOT express how thankful we are. Each pastry was beautiful, well made and delicious. Nearly every solider complimented on how good they are. We will definitely purchase from this company again and again.
