Horrible customer service from the owner, rudest lady I have ever met! So disrespectful.
I ordered on my app and went to pick up last night, 12/9/22 around 6pm from your location in Manhattan, KS, (66502). When I arrived, my order wasn't ready and there was a backed up line of customers who were also being made to wait because their orders weren't ready. It was explained that there was an unexpected unusually large order ahead of mine and that they were running behind.
