We have always come here and enjoyed the service. We have always come in big family and we have never had an issue with going in. We came in at 9PM. Nobody was in the lobby, referring to customers when the waitress came and asked how many we were will let her know.
She started complaining about how they had to clean already and and she asked us how we can see it nine people in the small booths that are in the entry I tell her no we were going to be squish, and the whole point was to be comfortable and have a great time with my son for his birthday, she looked at us with a very bother looked. And proceeds saying she was going to put some tables together 9:29 and we still haven’t been seated. There was no plan on staying if we were going to be rushed to be eating. Not even give me a minute. Almost done nothing by then. Just weird stares we decided to just walk out. I told her thank you but we’re leaving she didn’t even bother to say anything. We have never received the service from any of the members until this day. I really hope this gets to the manager.

Our first time here and it happened to be on a busy night for Valentines Day. We were on the waitlist and were seated in a timely manner when we arrived. We did not have to wait long at all for our food and it was delicious!

They have a ton of these restaurants all over the country and I have yet been let down. Well once, many moons ago and it had more to do with the seafood rather than the main character. But other than that, this is a place I can consistently get good meat at. The steak has always been prepared to my liking and they have never let me down on their medium rares, that's all I ask for. I've had several of their appetizers, one in particular which I believe they don't serve anymore but it was their fried shrimp with asian sauce. If you get this, please bring it back, for a limited time. This establishment is located in Manhattan Kansas, decent amount of parking, even if you have to do a minute of walking, you'll find some parking eventually. The decor is medium dark, wooden, like a manly den. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and once we got the ball rolling, attentive. This place can get pretty busy so just be aware of the parking or waiting on a table.

This place is terrible. They treat their staff with no respect. I watched how the managers talked to their staff and it made me enraged. The servers were wonderful but the male manager seems like an awful person.

My new favorite steakhouse, first of all , everyone was on point, the staff was exceptional, they open the door for me , we hardly had to wait during the busy time , Madeline our waitress was all smiles , she took such good care of us ,our drinks were always topped off, our food was perfect, cooked exactly how we wanted it. My wife says try the mango margarita long pour. If you have a driver-have two! thank you Longhorn!

Game day. 2 small outdated TVs above bar. Waitress never offered refills. Waitress asked if we needed to go boxes about 5 min after we got our food.
Shrimp appetizer only filled 1/2 the serving dish.

Everything was over-salted, from the shrimp app to the steaks. Hubby ordered a ribeye and got a strip steak. All steaks were ordered medium rare and came out extremely rare...like dark red rare. The bright spot was our server. Probably won't go back because the food wasn't worth the money.
