The food is always good here and the staff is just awesome. It is very busy during the lunch hour and dinner time so if you don't like that come a little before or a little after. The food is always good never had a problem.

The food is always very fresh and very consistent. We frequent here several times a month, and their rewards program is top notch.
Love their employees, always friendly even in their busiest of times. Their sandwiches are our favorite, followed by their salads and then soups.
This local one is so good that we know we can always trust stopping at any location while traveling.

Michaela was great. She was super friendly and helped us figure out what we wanted to order. She was really kind and fun. The only thing is that we miss the chicken and dumpling soup.

We stop in pretty regularly for tea and lunch. However, we won't be coming here anymore after the response we got from a situation. We stopped in at around noon and heard a dog freaking out in the backseat of a car parked in front of the restaurant. Mind you, the temperature was 100 degrees. We have all seen how fast it gets dangerously hot in a car. The windows were cracked in the front seat but the car was off, classic idiot person. There are already people watching this happening, so I'm not sure how long the car had been there before we walked up. Long enough though that people are worried and standing around watching. Some lady was trying to give him ice through the window. We told an employee and asked if they could maybe make an announcement. The employee asked the manager and he said that they couldn't do anything... You can. You just chose not to because the restaurant was busy and the $ comes first. We weren't asking you to break a window out, but you could have done something to make it known. We sat outside and called the non-emergency line to see if they had anyone nearby to come check on the dog. Thankfully after about five minutes a lady came out with her order. We were relieved, but no thanks to your team.

Daj was awesome! Super friendly, polite, and helpful. The food and service has always been wonderful in my experiences!
PLEASE STOP with the drinks in bags. The lids are not sealed and this makes no sense. They cannot fit in cup holders and it makes for a hard time staying up right and always makes a mess in the car.
The cashiers are e very nice and the food is delicious

Food was amazing as always! One of my items got rang up incorrectly, but the staff was so kind and helpful and made me a new item in just a couple of minutes
Love the jalepeno bread sandwich. So good. Dr.pepper usually super fresh and on point
All I wanted was a quick tea because the tea is the best in town, obviously. But the service I received today was very distasteful. To see that someone is waiting and to just walk away ignoring them is rude and uncalled for and for not one staff member to come ask if I needed help or anything until I said something was just as annoying, then to ask for a tip? Heres one. Enjoy your job and the side conversations, but maybe dont ignore customer that walk in. Just very immature and uncalled for but perhaps my expectations were too high.
