I stopped in today and used my app to order from the table. I ordered a pick two with my favorite chicken and dumpling soup paired with a half Rachel sandwich. The app does not offer an option to choose water for your beverage so I figured I would need to make a request for it when my order was brought out. The wonderful person who delivered my lunch order said she thought I might have wanted a water and so she brought a tall, ice-cold cup along with the Pick Two. Great food and outstanding service!

I ordered McAlister's for catering my Dad's funeral luncheon. I do not live in town but was able to order everything online. I also had to call and make an adjustment to my order a couple days before the delivery. The store manager called me the day before to confirm everything and I was treated with such kindness. Big thank you to the staff there that made a difficult day a little bit easier. The food was also delicious and delivered right on time.

I've been coming here ever since the COVID pandemic when my office was shut down for a year and a half. To say their tea pass and the friendly company is the only way I made it through graduate school is an understatement. When I didn't have much of a local support system and I was no longer motivated, McAlister's and the amazing staff always made it easier to buckle down and get back to work. I consider them amazing "colleagues" even though I don't even work there!

Ordered Carryout: waited in my car until the said time to pick up. I went in and the cubby’s were empty and a DoorDasher let me know to stand by the take out orders. I approached it seeing my bag. It was lunch time so kind of busy so I waited for someone to hand it to me. Mind you, I had already waited 15+ minutes in my car to give them time to finish my order. I’m waiting there and I get sassed out by a person behind the counter telling me to wait in line to get help and they turned back around. My bag was the only one on the counter, I didn’t say anything and waited with the DoorDasher. Finally about 8 minutes later, a kitchen staff came and asked for my name.If you aren’t gonna use the cubby’s then have a designated take out person. There’s no reason I had to wait like an additional 10 mins to get my order that’s just sitting there. I’m on a lunch break and hence why I ordered ahead. Probably would’ve been fine if the employee hadn’t uncalled for been rude to me.
