The McDonald's in West Loop, Manhattan, KS, is convenient for a quick meal, but my experiences have been mixed. Typically the restaurant is clean, but I've encountered issues with inaccurate orders and messy assembly assembly on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, some staff members have been less than friendly, with occasional eye rolls or dismissive attitudes. In one instance, I was given incorrect information about redeeming a free item owed to me for a previous mistake, which was frustrating. Despite these challenges, when things go smoothly, it's a decent spot for fast food. Hoping for improvements in customer service!

Every time I go through the drive through I have to sit and wait until someone else pulls in to the other lane, orders, pulls through, then they take my order. Pay few times they have given me day old leftovers, I'm tired of this nasty crap

We went through the drive thru for a quick supper. It was not quick. We ordered two # 5 with water bottles. That would be two 10 piece nuggets medium fries and 2 water bottles. The first window guy was fine. He read our order to us and had it all correct. Their paper machine was out of order so we were not given a receipt. We paid cash. We went to the second window and they gave us a coke - we gave it back. They gave us a bag of food. There were burgers in it - we gave it back. A woman tried to tell us many times # 5 only comes in a 8 piece. This was not what the screen said when we ordered. After 4 different people came to the window someone got it figured out. We had to tell every person what we got. It was a MESS. Super disappointing. Oh and we didn’t get the sauces that we paid for and we sure as hell we’re not going in to get them after we had to pull up and wait for our food. I would have went in for a refund and left with no food but we simply didn’t have the time to fight with the employees over cash and no receipt since the machine was down. I will NOT be going here ever again. The employees were not the cleanest looking people either.

This was the cleanest one I've been in. Very organized and friendly employees 😉. I always go here to pick up delivery orders but while I'm there I grab myself something as well. They seem to make sure you feel heard and seen.

I said “Can I get a Quarter Pounder Meal?”. And bruh at the cashier was quick with the response and saying “alright first window”. Like dang young blood, let my order sink in to your ears, you feel me? At 11pm. Update: I got everything except for the Quarter Pounder Meal. lol great times
Ordered a large 10-piece nuggets meal. Got a medium drink and 7 nuggets..... the people at the drive-through windows were friendly, the food I DID receive was tasty.... but where are the quality checks? Who puts 7 nuggets in a box and calls it 10.....

Absolute worst mcdonalds i have ever visited. I've eaten in and drive through at this location a few times in the last couple of months and it is the slowest, mistek ridden, disrespectful and lazy staff I have ever witnessed in fast food. My dine in order was done over their robot staff and and after 15 minutes when I tried to get the attention of the manager he laughed and said it will be out shortly... it took two more trips to even get both of our drinks and we didn't receive our food for 45 minutes. This recent drive through event i was told to wait in a stall for 2 whole cheese burgers while they had literally 2 customers in the whole lot. When I received my burgers 10 minutes later, I did not have my sauce. I went inside to get my sauce and the manager and I other employees stood together looking at videos on one of their phones laughing while I stood waving my bag in front of them. It took me to say HELLOOOO for them to even look away from the phone and then ordered me to go infront of the cash register, I insisted they bring me 1 sauce that I paid for and he sighed and brought me a a whole handful. I don't want a handful of crap sauce, I just wanted my one sauce I paid for... this place is garbage.... period.

Order is never correct and you always have to wait in the curbside spots going through the drive thru. Will be going to Wendy’s down the street from now on.
Also, ordered three small vanilla cones and then the machine broke…when they offered cookies instead they gave us 3 which is about 1/3 of the cost of what I spent.

For the cost and the time it takes to get food you might as well go to five guys and spend the same money and get your food in a reasonable time. Or you could head to aggieville go to so long saloon wait for a table get service order food, have your drinks refilled eat your food and still be in and out faster.
This is my last visit to a McDonald's is just not worth the time or money.
