I’d rather go to this McDonalds then the other one in town. I’d do a 5 start but sometimes they give me the incorrect sauce for my nuggets but they get pretty busy so understandable.

Love working here. 10/10. Everyone is so nice to each other and caring. Never worked somewhere where the people actually care about each other. Also the trainers are amazing to work with. If I were you, I would consider working here.

Waited at least 20 minutes for mobile pickup after being sent to wait in stall 2. Ordered 3 kid meals, 2 basic burgers, a large fry. I figured they forgot about the order after I saw them bring out a couple kid meals to other cars who were sent to wait after me and the drive thru was just flying through…. Had to go in for my fries after they finally brought the rest out. They were cold, they said “hot and fresh.”😂 Called to speak to manager but her couldn’t hear me….

I don't know why but every time I order a Quarter Pounder I either don't receive the correct order, or it takes upwards of twenty minutes.

This establishment is highly congested, making it challenging to secure a parking spot. Additionally, the reliance on customers to manually place orders on the kiosk is inconvenient. It is imperative to revert to providing customer assistance, especially given the recent end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Westloop location is trash. Drive the extra 10min & go to the Anderson location. I order carry out in the app so I don’t have to wait, yet out of the 10 or so times I’ve gone here I’ve waited every single time but 1, even though I hit “I’m Here” before I even get to Target. Today I got onions on 1 out of the 3 burgers I ordered, wanted light mustard but I guess that means zero mustard. Off to the kitchen to remake my food.

No access to refills with soft drinks on dining in McDonald's is becoming to greedy for cheap food. Not returning to this location.
Granted they were busy enough to cause a traffic jam, both order of fries were missing and my unsweet tea was insanely watered down.

I get off work at 12:30 pm. My son likes Mcdonalds so I stop in 3 to 4 times a week. 3 out of 4 times they park me in a stall. Today I parked for 10 pc nugget and fries. I sat for 15 minutes. A lady came out and asked me what I ordered because they lost it. So waited 5 more minutes. Got home to half tray of fries and carbonated water for dr. Pepper. Mcdonalds how about push button stalls like sonic since you park everyone anyway.
