Ordered chicken Alfredo and got nearly no sauce with dry noodles, one piece of spinach, 2 broccoli, and 2 slices of chicken. For about $15 I would expect more than a 5 bite bowl of buttered noodles. There was no seasoning or flavor at all. Extremely disappointed

10/10 service! I had some trouble with the Noodles app and went in to get it fixed but instead they met me with an extremely kind and compassionate attitude and gave me a complimentary drink and dessert for my troubles. This act of kindness lifted my spirits for the day and left a great flavor in my mouth ;)
The food is great if you know what to order. I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese as that is what they are known for.

The new Cajun Shrimp Linguine was very good. The only thing it needs is a piece of garlic toast. Wasn't there an option for bread at one time?

Stopped by Noodles & Company in Manhattan, KS, and had a fantastic meal. I tried the new Garlic Bacon Crunch Mac & Cheese bowl—it was packed with flavor! The garlic, bacon, and crispy topping all came together perfectly. My daughter had her usual Butter Noodles bowl, and as always, it hit the spot for her. Fast service, clean dining area, and friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely one of our go-to places in town. Highly recommend!

Delivery. Trying to add veggies to kids’ dinners, ordered regular menu dish +. They add *one floret* of broccoli for the price of a whole head you’d steam yourself. Also ordered a dish with zucchini noodles instead of regular: got some zucchini strings drowning in sauce.

I ordered kids meals, before I could even finish ordering the cashier let us know that rice crispies haven’t been cut yet. It’s almost 1pm. She promptly told me the only choices are Brocolli, or apple sauce. My pad Thai dish was under cooked, the noodles were hard. My replacement was much better the lemon garlic shrimp scampi, still nothing I would write home about.
