One Egg Catering Kitchen provided an outstanding experience for our conference at Kansas State University! From the very beginning, Shelley was incredibly responsive and thoughtful in crafting two healthy, delicious lunches that perfectly met the needs of our health-conscious group. I specifically requested good protein options for our vegetarian guests, and she delivered with creative, well-balanced menus that ensured everyone had something great to enjoy.

The entire onsite team was also amazing - they were super friendly, set up with perfect timing, and presented everything beautifully. The food was not only nutritious but also fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. This was truly one of the best catering experiences I have ever had!

One Egg recently did the catering for my daughters wedding. The set up was very efficient and quiet. We had two servers who were dressed in black uniform. They explained all the food and choices and everything was delicious. We had the Fajita Bar which was delicious and on point. Everyone expressed how delicious the food was. The wedding was in Manhattan Kansas but I live in Arizona. The owners of one egg were very professional and helpful in organizing the menu. Payment was made easy too. Would definitely recommend.

One Egg was accommodating and easy to work with. The staff on arrival was friendly and helpful. Zach and Nate provided excellent service. Shelley helped us out a great deal with adjusting for different quotes as my organization adjusted for the number of people at our event.

Shelley and her team are absolutely perfect. I hired One Egg Catering for a dinner of 45 guests and her team flawlessly executed. Every single food item they brought was deliciously perfect and they take the time to explain what the food is. The pricing isnt bad for the quality of food and they even put effort in the presentation of the food. No matter what the occasion is, one egg catering will not disappoint. We have used One Egg Group for Bourbon and Baker as well as The Guilty Biscuit and are absolutely stunned! The staff has been absolutely first class and the amount of attention and care they gave to our event's extensive dietary restrictions was phenominal. We hear nothing but compliments on the dishes and plan to use their service moving forward for our yearly event.

They took the stress and overwhelm off of us, as we were knee-deep in the event, and arranged the entire meal logically, dish placecards were easy-to-read and descriptive, and the meal so yummy folks went back for seconds!

I used One Egg for a heavy hors d'ouevres reception last fall. Hands down one of the best catering companies in the JC/Riley/Manhattan area. Delivery was prompt, food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was so friendly! I will use them again, and I will recommend others to do the same.
