Back when Panda Express first opened it had great food. Private Equity has ruined it like everything else. My meal today was absolutely awful. Cold tasteless rice and orange chicken that despite the breading and cheap sauce couldn’t hide the fact it is low grade chicken. The lemonade smelled like that stuff they put in urinals.

Traveling for work and almost didn’t stop here because the reviews are pretty rough. But I like Panda and went anyway. It was 630p on a Thur. The wait time was like 5 minutes. The food was hot. The employees were super friendly. Felt like any other normal Panda. Maybe it’s got a new manager or something, idk. But I enjoyed it! Give it another go if you had a bad experience.

Always pretty good food, them egg rolls are always a plus especiallywith the hot mustard, once we asked for a fresh batch of vegetarian noodles and without hesitation they made it no questions asked. Crew here has been pretty good. Currently the go to is thier drinks, cranberry, pomegranate, lemonade is a daily refresher, seems to be the current big hit in our family.

About a week ago I went there to have lunch around 130pm. When we went inside we were the only customers. Our meal lasted about 45 minutes and we only saw 5 customers in that timeframe (normal for the time being in-between busy hours) I ordered orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and fried rice. The food tasted good but either the beef and broccoli or the orange chicken gave meed food poisoning I was violently ill for three days and it was the only food I had eaten on that day. So they are probably great during busy meal times but I would avoid the place on off hours.
I recently visited this location, and I will never visit again. The manager was on his phone in the lobby, employees were off to the side talking, and only one girl was actually doing her job. I believe her name was Casey. The food was good, but as someone who has worked in the food industry, I refuse to support a business that clearly has lazy/incompetent managers. Very "mean girls" atmosphere; felt bad for the poor girl.

Had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be taken when there was most likely just 1 person inside and only one person waiting at the window who was waiting for over 10 minutes. Unacceptable slow service when there’s no one at the restaurant. I wanted fast, not slow. That’s why I didn’t go home and make my own meal. I backed out of the line and went to imperial garden. They are always fast and yummy

This place had the nerve to take my order via mobile app.Then charge my bank account. Then when I arrived at the store said I didn't order. After Bring. Ing my phone into the establishment and showing Proof It was ordered and paid for. They refused giving me my food. No management available for resolution, and I have called multiple times with no response. I was dismissed from the establishment being told.I will get my money back in three days. Do not trust this company for anything via mobile app. If you have a problem with anything that has to do with the restaurant , do not expect anybody to care.
