The restaurant was very clean. There were very few customers. As for the food, it was very dry, and the rangoons were burnt. Most of the pans were pretty much empty. We wouldn't go back to this location.
Food quality good, but for the quantity of main dish served and price - poor. My wife ordered the beef and broccoli and it only contained 2 pieces of beef. This is our second time eating at the Manhattan location and most limey the last.
