Pandora Rolled Ice Cream

I would not recommend! Despite the cute little sticky notes, when you walk in it’s unwelcoming as hell ! I refuse to even place an order because why is the girl behind the counter with the bull nose ring, face all balled up & frowned up like she don’t want to serve anyone! They didn’t speak neither did the other girl that was working with her on 10/26/25 so my family immediately walked back out! Energy was entirely too negative! It’s better customer service at gas stations.

My son’s FAVORITE spot in Manhattan, Kansas. We stop every single time! He lives the mango rolled ice w/ sticky rice! Highly recommended!!

Good ice cream

Enjoyed a crepe but alittle disappointed in the unwelcoming customer service we received.

The interior was pretty sick, love the sticky notes and drawings on the wall. The customer service was iffy, i don’t know of the girl at the counter was just having an off day or what but she was unwelcoming and cold. They have a lot of different drinks and ice cream; you can even get an ice cream boba drink. I got the pineapple mango ice cream blended with tapioca boba and it was a 10/10 drink. The price was a bit much with tip. They had crepes and you can add your own toppings or fillings too. There was seating inside and outside cause at times it can get really busy.

Employees were nice enough, but all of us in our group of five agreed that we just weren’t fans of the ice cream itself. I had the sweet cream ice cream with brownie mixed in, toppings of peanut butter, Reese’s, Oreo. You’d think there’d be no way that wouldn’t be delicious, but it really was just okay. Also, the whole process is a bit slow and they had one ice counter going so it was quite a wait. It was all of ours first time trying rolled ice cream, so we don’t know if it’s just rolled ice cream in general, or this llave in particular that wasn’t very great. I’d encourage you to try and see for yourself, but we weren’t big fans.

I went there today ( 07-05-25 )for the first time , I'm a Big boba fan .. it was really disappointing. Ended up being sick afterwards and I literally can not get off the toilet 😒

I used to be a regular customer, but the pricing for extra ingredients has become unreasonably high and no longer feels worth it. I recently paid $1 for extra strawberries on my ice cream roll, and was very disappointed to receive no more than half of a single strawberry, chopped into tiny pieces. This is frustrating, especially because the portion sizes used to be much better. It's disappointing to see the quality and value decline like this.

Absolutely water creme. I got a 29 and other than a whole bunch whip creame and a peanut butter cup, i had literally 8 reeses pieces.

Awesome place! We were there for our daughters Marching Band Competition and wanted something sweet!
